“With the price that was paid, the only thing my group disliked was the long list of chores having to be done at the end of our stay at risk of inquiring multiple fees, including one of which being a fee for having over three loads of laundry to at the end of the stay. However, with that said, the place was beautiful and clean and was in a wonderful location. Would return!”

“Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The pictures of the condo do not do it justice. The place was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The screened in balcony was perfect. Having beach chairs, cart, beach towels etc. was a great addition. The host was very responsive with any questions we had. Check in and check out instructions were very clear. We absolutely loved staying here and we will be back!”

“The apartment was adorable, the property manager was very responsive, friendly and helpful when an issue popped up. Everything was in good working order. There were a few finishing touches that were lacking; no instructions on the coffee maker or pods to use that first morning and to indicate what type to buy for this particular machine. Also, the bed sheets were worn and there were no bedside tables in the master for phone chargers, etc…Overall, it’s a delightful and well-managed, pied a terre style rental in the heart of St. Augustine.”

“We loved the condo. It was very spacious for our family of 5. The balcony was probably our favorite spot. The furniture was comfortable and we spent hours reading while enjoying the ocean breeze. The pool seemed small for the size of the condo complex but I imagine more people would have gone to the beach had the weather been nicer. There's so much to do and see in the historic St. Augustine. We particularly loved our ghost tour via a golf cart. The condo is close to several restaurants so you don't have to drive anywhere if you don't want to.”
