“The place was exactly as described and depicted. It was perfect for our family. The corgis loved the back yard. We greatly appreciated having our dogs stay with us and they could play in the fenced yard. The house was extremely clean; you would never know that dogs could stay because of the cleanliness. A dog park is within walking distance. All the amenities were excellent.”

“Ok so I’ll make this short I dropped my wallet in Gus’s designated parking area. Another guest or whoever found it and gave it back no foul play !!! To me the place has a modern kinda retro feel it’s pretty 😎 new kitchen appliances updated bathroom beautiful bedroom.”

“Left after 35 minutes — unsafe and unsanitary because the condition of this property was unacceptable. The listing photos don’t reflect reality. Cleanliness: Stains covered the furniture, the space was dusty throughout, and it smelled musty. The trash can lid was filthy. Most alarming: there was blood on the mattress cover, hidden under the sheet. Safety hazards: The dishwasher’s mounting bracket was pointed outward from the cabinet — an easy way to cut yourself walking through the kitchen. The toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall. The driveway is extremely narrow; I have a standard SUV and could barely get up it without risking damage to my car or the property. Maintenance neglect: The light above the kitchen sink didn’t work. Windows blinds — mounted too high to reach with no wand or cord — stayed shut the entire time, making the space feel dark and depressing. There were marks all over the walls.”

“I have travelled the world, and this was the worst. I woke up 3am with a large roach crawling on my chest. I left it, and the others on the floor for the owners to see them. Also, they knew of these conditions, because there was a new can of Raid was under the kitchen counter. Also, plumbing in one of the bathrooms not attached properly. And, the property facing the home is boarded. THAT explains, why there are no pictures of the front of house on airbnb. This is unacceptable, for $800 for (3) nights. This will discourage me from using airbnb in the future. First, and possibly, our last with airbnb. And, we have pictures and video to confirm and will forwarded them. Do you inspect airbnb property?”

“The house smelled like wet dog and I have asthma induced dog allergies. The neighborhood was sketchy. Found pubic hair on linens. Host would not refund me. Paid for a hotel and left the first day.”
