“Absolutely loved the house. Exactly as described. The pool was amazing. We played pool got to enjoy outside. Laundry on the first floor was so easy. Truly loved the backyard. We were so close to food shopping, Walmart and restaurants. Just a wonderful house for a family to explore Florida. Will definitely go back ❤️”

“Miranda’s place was clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. We dropped a star since we were not able to use the hot tub during our stay after a lot of back and forth on trying to get it fixed.”

“The home is located in a quiet neighborhood it was fairly easy to locate. The home is as described my family and I enjoyed it. The Xbox unfortunately wasn’t working it was updating the entire trip (which I didn’t bother telling the host) because I wanted the kids to get out of the house and not be on electronics. We would visit again there are raccoons that pass through.”

“Miranda's home is located in a nice and well maintained neighborhood. The home is about 25 minutes from Disney and it took about 45 minutes to get to Universal Studios. The outside of the home is nice. The inside of the home is a little outdated. There are 32 inch tvs through out home, pool table, pool, etc. The home is not the cleanest. The fridge, bottom of the stove, baseboards in kitchen, garage door, and dusting was needed in play room. We did notice broken blinds, closet door off the track in the kids room, and the shower in the master does not drain when taking a shower, the wall pools at your feet. The bedding, bathrooms, carpet, sofas, kitchen, pool, laudry room were clean. I did notify that we felt the home was not cleaned up to our properly and host never apologized. Responses felt more defensive. She advised she would take care of the things we mentioned I guess after we checked out for the next guest. We should have been compensated at least 100 dollars. Got nothing.”

“We had a very disappointing experience with this stay. The biggest issue was access to the property. We informed host we were driving an RV and she informed us we had to park outside of the resort but we were not told we would not be allowed in to drop off/pick ups. It is located in a gated resort, and we were repeatedly denied entry, forced to wait for extended periods of time, and at one point were even threatened with police involvement. This made it extremely difficult to access the home we paid for and created a stressful and uncomfortable situation for our family. We were traveling with three small children, and due to the delays, they were unable to eat dinner or go to bed at a reasonable time. We reached out for assistance but did not receive timely support, which ultimately forced us to leave the property early and find other accommodations. Unfortunately, this stay was not usable in the way it was advertised, and we would not recommend it based on our experience.”

“We stayed here for my son’s a cappella competition with his brother (17) and a friend, and it was an important trip we were really looking forward to. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing, largely due to communication and how issues were handled. During booking, there was confusion around paying the hot tub fee that required contacting Airbnb. The interaction felt more focused on details than helping. We paid extra for the heated pool/spa, but it only worked briefly the first night and then stopped. Someone came out, but it wasn’t resolved, and there was little follow-up. The boys were especially looking forward to swimming, but the pool was too cold to use. The property also felt poorly maintained—trash was full on arrival, animals got into it, and there was broken glass near the driveway. Inside felt worn and not well cared for. As an Airbnb host myself, guest experience matters, and this did not feel like a hospitality-focused stay. I would choose a different option.”

“Overall, the house was clean and we appreciated that. However, we were disappointed with a few things during our stay. One of the main issues was the pool. We paid extra for the pool heating, but the water was still very cold. My kids were really excited to use the pool, but it wasn’t possible because of the temperature. I understand the weather wasn’t the best, but that’s exactly why we paid extra for the heated pool. Also, the listing mentioned an air hockey table, which was something my kids were looking forward to, but it was not available during our stay. Lastly, we were not expecting a personal vehicle to be parked in the garage. It wasn’t a major issue, but it did take away from the experience since we expected full access to the space. The home has potential, but these things definitely affected our stay.”
