“Our family had a great time in this house. Lots of room, very nice sun room and amazing deck - we were fishing all day. The sunset is amazing, even covered with clouds, and the beach is still very close.”

“The home is in a good location and not far from South Padre Island. Some issues with the property that I informed the property manager of. Once those are resolved the home will be a nice place to stay”

“Nice place, lots of older folks so it quiet, one Karen that hangs around but she ain’t nothing to worry about! The place is very cozy and great for the price. Love the gated access and dock access for fishing!! Will return!!!”

“We enjoyed our stay and the home matched the photos and description well. The location was great if your visiting south padre and port Isabell. The property itself has a lot to offer. We did run into a few maintenance and stocking issues during our stay, including our bed unexpectedly breaking the first morning. We really appreciated that maintenance responded quickly and had it repaired while we were out that day. There were also some smaller details throughout the home that could use a little more attention to make the stay more comfortable and guest-ready. I've shared those specifics privately with the host, as most are simple things that could easily be addressed. Overall, we enjoyed our time with South Padre Island escape and think this property has a lot of potential with just a little more attention to the finishing touches. I would recommend someone staying here.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. We had to leave early due to my mother passing away. The two days we were able to stay was great. We planned on fishing and enjoying the water scenery and just sitting and enjoy the quiet. We plan on returning next year.”
