“Super friendly and super responsive hosts! You can tell they thought of the little stuff that go a long way: lots of hangers, a place to hang said many hangers, small toiletries, and a book of helpful and honest recommendations. All personal preference here, but we did not think the bed was comfortable—would maybe give it a 3.5 out of 10? The sheets were on the warmer side and it felt like the bed was caving towards the middle and the pillows were on the flatter side with pillow covers that shifted a lot. Again, personal preference since we read reviews that were raving about the bed!!! The shower head was interesting as the options were either getting blasted by jets or a gentle sprinkle of a setting. The location was easily accessible and on the quieter side which was good; if we stayed again we would personally stay a mile closer to town or so. Overall besides the bed and shower, a solid stay!”

“Really loved the stay! The location was exceptional—perfectly situated within walking distance of wonderful restaurants, lively entertainment, and plenty to explore. The Airbnb itself was beautifully designed with a sophisticated, stylish aesthetic that made the space feel both luxurious and inviting. The hosts were wonderful—responsive, attentive, and excellent communicators throughout the stay. The only consideration is that the prime location also means being close to some of the area’s busier bars, so there can be noisy patrons and traffic on the weekend. That said, it’s a small trade-off for such a fantastic location. Overall, a beautiful property, an exceptional location, and a truly enjoyable stay. We would absolutely stay here again!”

“Location was great! Parking right outside the door (and free over the weekend). The only complaint was the pull-out sofa was very uncomfortable. Otherwise it was perfect!”

“This home is in a great location that is easily walkable to the park, eateries and shopping. All the linen on the beds and bathrooms was clean and comfortable. The hosts were really friendly and great at communicating. It is definitely an older home with vintage charm and some quirks, but it was a great home base for my group.”

“My wife and I stayed at the Whale Loft for a much-needed Savannah getaway while celebrating a few special milestones. And after a busy season of life, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge. The unit was comfortable, spacious, and a great value for two people. The bed had the softest sheets and comforter we’ve ever slept in. The bathroom was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, we could do laundry, and the little balcony was a great spot for morning coffee and Bible reading. The living room was also nice for winding down after a long day exploring the city. The location was good—about an 8-10 minute walk to Forsyth Park and roughly 25 minutes to the Historic District/River Street. We loved walking there in the morning/during the day and took a quick Uber ride back if it was getting too late into the night. The hosts were responsive, accommodated an early check-in for a small fee, and were very nice. We had a wonderful experience and would stay here again!”
