“Great stay! Loved the fire pit and cozy atmosphere! Had to buy body wash , and towels were small and cheap, but clean! Bring your own if you’re particular or have sensitivity to fabrics. Comfy beds and good water pressure”

“It was a comfy stay, close to The Caverns, with plenty of space in a peaceful setting. I'm not a fan of staying in places with large property management companies tanking care of things, as it lends towards a less than personal approach, with more of a hotel feel. I definitely picked up on this with communication and interior details... not a lot of "soul" to it. The housekeeping was well done, no less, and the details of the stay were clearly laid out. The outdoor setting was amazing and the house was clean and comfortable and on par with value for other places in the area. You really can't beat the location to the caverns, if you're attending a show there. It's quiet and private.”

“Strong mold smell- itchy runny eyes. Sore throat, stuffy sinus. Daughter became ill. Host delayed response.”

“The tiny home was cute with a peaceful setting. I wasn't sure why 2 addresses were given; one for the gate and one for the actual home. We only needed the rental property address since the gate address didn't have our rental located there (confusing)? The whole area needed lawn grooming such as weed cutting, grass trimming, and dead trees taken off. It looked a bit messy. The rental property needed lawn care, window cleaning, and a good deep cleaning on the porch as well as a fresh coat of paint in the bathroom. The firepit had stones that fell off (needs fixed). The home lacked cooking essentials such as a baking pan, can opener (rusty and broken down), storage containers, fresh coffee (old pods), and a workable grill (bottom had a huge hole from rust). Communication could have been better since they said no firewood was provided unless the previous renters left some. There was an abundance of chopped wood; enough to last all fall and winter. Overall, I would rate this 3 stars.”

“Great location for hikes. Beds were super comfortable and plenty of room for all 6 of us. Kids loved the loft. A few things were not working like the water and ice dispenser, fireplace, and I had to clean the filters for the air conditioner for it to work. But other than those few things it was great. Hot water lasted for all of us to have a comfortable shower. So overall, great stay.”

“Fail to informed down a dirt road. Surrounded by trailers. Smelt like old mildew sent me straight into an asthma attack having to use my rescue inhaler. Immediately sent a message got no response at all. The icing on the cake was the bug that was in the bed!! Hi Lee, suggest this place be aired out because all of our belongings stunk when we left. We took a picture of the bug. We tried to notify them. They still didn’t respond and take no ownership. I have never ever left a negative review about any where. This one would be a hard No for me, never again. Be careful.”
