“We had an amazing stay at Prospector Peaks! The home was very clean, spacious and comfortable for our group of 10. We had lots of kids with us and we all enjoyed the pool, hot tub, game room, toys and more. The kitchen was great, well-stocked and there’s lots of space for groups to eat. All the bathrooms had nice tissues and toilet paper and were stocked with soaps and more. The beds were big and clean and comfortable. The whole place feels plush and homey. My kids loved the waterpark as well. Everything was clear and ready to use so we never needed to reach out to the hosts. Thank you for a great vacation!”

“Loved our way here. Close to a lot of locations but also felt secluded which was nice. The host was very responsive and friendly. The pool and pickleball courts were incredible and we spent some time there. I would stay here again. It was comfortable for the family.”

“If you’re looking for a great vacation getaway, this is an excellent place to stay! We loved that each of the five bedrooms had its own private bathroom, and with two water heaters, our group never ran out of hot water. The kitchen was better stocked than any Airbnb we’ve stayed in before, especially the pantry. The large TVs in each room were a nice bonus, and the beds were some of the most comfortable we’ve experienced at an Airbnb. The community pool was a huge hit—the little kids loved the lazy river, while the “big kids” loved the fast water slide! The home was spotless overall, although the couches could have used a little more detailed cleaning. Most of all, we appreciated how much the townhouse felt like home. The SoHo hosts were responsive, accommodating, and wonderful to work with. We had a great stay and can’t wait to come back!”

“The house was exactly as described and expected. Only an hour from Zion and about 2 hours from Bryce. I wish more places were as nice and properly managed. Definitely a professional experience.”

“We absolutely loved this house! It was very clean, comfortable, and had so much for our family to do. We also loved having access to the water park. Our kids had an amazing time swimming in the backyard pool. The only issue we ran into was that the pool cover stopped working on our second day. It appeared to be tripping the breaker, and we were asked not to swim until it could be repaired. We were told someone would be coming the following day to fix it, but unfortunately no one came. That was disappointing because we chose this home specifically for the private pool. Our kids were especially sad that we couldn’t swim at all on our last day. We completely understand that unexpected maintenance issues happen. We just wish we had been updated when the repair wasn’t going to happen so we could have planned our day differently instead of waiting for it to be fixed. We still give this home 5 stars. The house was beautiful & the host did respond each time I reached out with kindness.”
