“We had a great stay at this rental we were a group of 4-6 over several days. With The outdoor space you never felt like people where on top of each other. The bed rooms are comfy and The kitchen was easy to cook in and well stocked. The dining space outside was really nice for our family style meals . I had a few questions for SoCo and got quick responses. I have stayed at this rental as a guest before and now have rented my self and have plans to come back again.”

“We loved our stay here, my in-laws stayed in the cottage and we stayed with our kids in the main house. My kids loved the pool since it was end of season the river wasn’t really an option, this was a great alternative. We love Guerneville in general, it’s a great little town with some lovely restaurants and cute shops. The community is wonderful and kind, always happy to visit.”

It was incredibly peaceful and secluded, yet still only about a 15-20 minute walk to downtown, making it the perfect balance of privacy and convenience. The home itself was beautiful, thoughtfully decorated, and very spacious. The beds were comfortable, and every space felt welcoming and well cared for. The outdoor area was the highlight for us. The pool, hot tub, and evening lighting created an amazing atmosphere that made it hard to leave and explore elsewhere. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We made some wonderful memories here and hope to return again one day!”

“Awesome place right on the river. We grew up going to Russian River so we’re used to old cabins and such but this has been super nicely updated and well maintained. It has an awesome floor plan and we loved fishing off the dock and kayaking the river. This is in the heart of Guerneville so you’re super close to everything! We loved staying here and will likely book again in the future when we come back to visit!”

“What a gem! We love to cook, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The grill was great too! Also, the beds were sooooo comfy. Half of the group works night shift and we had that best sleep. This was a perfect location for our group and look forward to potentially coming back someday.”
