Snowmass Vacations
4.70Visit website
Snowmass Vacations's guest rating of 4.70 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“Peaceful, comfortable place with lots of room. The jacuzzi and pool are extra large and clean. Really enjoyed our stay.”airbnb

“Great place and will definitely come back again! Best location in Aspen! Steps to Gondola and all of the best in town.”airbnb

“Dated and not as nice as you might expect for the price. We were unaware we would need to climb four flights of stairs to reach the unit.”airbnb

“Avoid this unit. These are all separately owned and this unit is nothing like the others. We arrived to find blood splattered across the bathroom vanity, massive wet stains on the only couch, and dirty underwear in two separate places in the condo. We were told the owner had been in the unit the day prior and left it in terrible condition. The lodge said they attempted to clean it up prior to our arrival, which is actually more frustrating. If they knew the condition it was in, they just left it for us to deal with? We had to leave the unit the following day for them to come by and steam clean the stains out (their suggestion), which left us with the only place to sit soaked for the next day and a half. We stayed at Electric Lodge last year and had a wonderful stay in a different unit. This unit is under-furnished and nothing like the other units in the building. The experience we had this year in Unit 304 very disappointing. Do not waste your money and avoid this unit at all costs”airbnb

“We really enjoyed this property. It's a very short drive to downtown Aspen and a really nice neighborhood.”airbnb

“We had a good stay overall. The home is nice, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. While the furnishings and finishes are a bit dated, everything was functional and the property was clean. A couple of things would make the listing even better. It wasn't clear what we should do with our daily trash during our stay, so a little more guidance would be helpful. Also, since this is a mountain resort home, it would be beneficial for the listing to clearly state that there is no air conditioning. We visited during the summer, and while that may not be an issue for everyone, it's helpful information for guests to know before booking. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the home and its location.”airbnb

“For reference, my family stayed here in July ‘26. 2 adults and 3 kids. We frequently use Airbnb when we travel. I think these condos have potential in the future and might work out the kinks. However, I can’t recommend staying here with current issues. Likes: - nice furniture and modern decor. - easily walkable to Snowmass village Dislikes: - Door app is fairly annoying. Would not recommend for someone (grandparents) who are not tech savvy. Phone is required to open pretty much every door in the building. Would much prefer a physical key - lots of construction (this will be better in the next year) - pool was very loud with construction going on in the background - it smells like sewage by the pool due to said construction outhouses - thermostats weren’t working - they did fix it during stay - garbage disposal wasn’t working - not fixed during stay despite request - bathroom fans non functional I think money can be better spent elsewhere. These condos are not worth the price.”airbnb

“Property was new which was great, however the water heater wasn’t working when we arrived. They were responsive in coming out to assess, but took almost 24 hours to have hot water. They offered to let us check out free of charge, but no other places avail to stay over the 4th. They only credited us $105 for the inconvenience, when we had a family of five who were not able to bath after an active day! Not happy with the customer service, especially considering we paid $800+ per night! Unacceptable”airbnb

“It was okay. Area is great. Disposal in sink wasn’t working so sink was getting backed up. Had very few towels and asked for more and were told we were “equipped enough”, couldn’t access pool and hot tub facilities because of damaged card key. Slow to respond to our issues.”airbnb
