“Allen took a damage deposit on a third party site. Unfortunately, that deposit has not yet turned up in my bank account. I was originally told 72 hours. It's been closer to ten days. I'll update this review once I receive my funds. The house is a shared duplex with two units.”

“The house is in a great location in central Seattle, within walking distance of many major attractions. It’s also easy to get around using Uber bikes or scooters. There are plenty of restaurants just downstairs and around the neighborhood, making the area very convenient for exploring the city and everyday needs.”

“Really enjoyed the place! It was in a great location and had an amazing view. The only concern I had was the neighbors. They made a few complaints about noise well before the quiet hours which was a bummer because we were here for a concert and wanted to listen to music while we got ready. We also watched tv at a volume no higher than 15 later at night at they pounded in the wall multiple times until we had to turn it off. This is definitely more of a place for relaxation and quiet. The host was amazing and very communicative though.”

“The location is good and quiet to stay. The interior is also well layout. Everything work inside the unit. The only issues is if you are traveling in September or Autumn you might have issues with falling pine cones and tree sap. Leaves were piling up every morning and tree sap is sticking to your windshield and car. Which can ruin your car paint if not quickly removed. The check-in was a hassle to get door code and WiFi password since you have to click on a link that was unnecessary. The checkout link was also unnecessary. Most places provide self check in door code or access code given quickly by the host without any unnecessary links outside of Airbnb.”
