“It was a great stay… very convenient for the event we came for clean… kitchen well stocked with kitchen supplies…”

“We wanted to give this place a 5 star rating so badly. Unfortunately we could not. Let’s start with the good. The Good: - Location, location, location! Right on the slopes! And with parking right there. - Private hot tub on the ground floor just for the unit. - Very friendly check-in at the office. We were given a late check-out and the office host staff were extremely responsive via phone. The Bad: - Clenliness- The apartment wasn’t up to what we expected for clenliness. Carpet didn’t look like it had been vacuumed, and counters were dirty on check-in. Porch upstairs had trash on it and area under kitchen sink had lots of crumbs and an old sponge that was falling apart, - Lack of soap in bathrooms or kitchen- we found soap right before checkout in the downstairs bathroom, but soap wasn’t readily available or found, - Furniture in bad shape - couches felt dirty and showed lots of wear. Beds not in good shape/saggy. Not what we’d expect for the price we paid.”

“Beautiful place in a great location! The property was lovely and conveniently located with easy access to groceries, restaurants, and the lake. It worked well for our group of two families with kids. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place!”

“All in all a good experience. The place is a little small but the location to the slopes is great! Barely a 5 minute walk! It was easy to find and get to. Fairly close to The Village too.”

“If your goal is to have easy access to Snow Summit, this is the spot for you! For that reason, I would 100% book again! However, it is clear that the host simply does not do things because he does not HAVE TO. This means things like the cheapest soap and bare minimum maintenance. It is very dated and everything is a little janky/stained/broken. I say this in a public review only in hopes that feedback is not ignored.”

“We checked in to find the kitchen covered in confetti, like from a party popper, which immediately made the place feel unclean. The house also had very few basic consumables, and the first night there were no pillowcases on the pillows. We had to request them from the host. For a high-priced rental, the property feels quite outdated and not especially well maintained. The biggest issue came on our last day when a snowstorm hit. The property had no real preparation for winter conditions. The only snow shovel available was broken, and when the power and heat went out there was no backup plan, no emergency supplies, and not even a note advising guests what to do if electricity fails. We eventually dug out using the broken shovel and were honestly just glad to be leaving. For the price, we expected a property that was cleaner, better maintained, and prepared for basic winter conditions. That was not our experience, and we would not stay here again.”
