“This home was gorgeous, comfortable and perfect for a getaway ! Four couples traveled here for a golf getaway and having four king suites with private bathrooms was a big selling point. The home is absolutely spotless and has top of the line amenities plus all you could need in the kitchen for preparing meals. Gathering places inside the home and out on the porch are roomy and well appointed. The one thing all travelers should know is that last 4 miles of the drive to the home is up a mountain and takes about 15 minutes. Coming down the mountain definitely downshift to save your brakes.”

“We had a lovely time at Tom’s place. The views are indescribable!! 🤩 Just breathtakingly beautiful. The house was as pictured, clean and so warm and cozy. The kids loved the pool table and the air hockey. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. Any issues that came up, Tom responded right away and addressed it immediately. Thanks Tom for sharing your home with us. ❤️”

“Golden Arrow Lodge nestled on the side of the mountain with beautiful sunrises and a fantastic deck on which to enjoy the cool summer air! Clean and exactly as described. Tom was very responsive and helpful prior to check-in answering my questions. We even had a minor maintenance issue that was fixed the next day-even though we said it was fine and could wait! The beds were super comfortable and the air conditioning was nice and cool. We ended up spending most the trip out of the cabin but really could have just stayed up there the entire time if given the chance. The road up to the cabin is well-maintained but inexperienced mountain drivers may find it scary. We definitely recommend doing the waterfall hike and if you have small children there are several playgrounds within the community. Would love to return another time!”

“Great stay! Less kitchen extras (spices, oils, coffee) than other properties, yet totally worth the stay! Just prepare to bring or run to store. Property management is communicative and hospitable. We love this place and hope to go back. Highly recommend!”

“overall, very pleased with the visit and customer service. there was some cleanliness issues due to bugs and a couple problems with like the hot water heater not being taken off vacation mode before we got there (so we had to figure that out on our own and wait for hot water the first night) plus there was loose nails sticking out on the deck, BUT when these issues were brought to their attention, they were immediately handled and graciously so. We were very impressed with the support and overall stay.”

“The cabin has beautiful views. Everything was simply amazing! The kitchen had everything you could need for making home cooked meals, rooms and bathrooms were extremely clean and beds very comfortable, game room was super cozy, etc. Our family simply loved staying here and will stay again if we visit Maggie Valley again :).
