“If you need a place to stay near the McCormick Convention center (quick walk) for a low cost - consider here! We stayed in a location with 3 bedrooms (2 twin beds each) and a sofa bed and air mattress. The listing was accurate. If you need a cost effective place then this is for you. My honest thoughts - I wish the apartment had more sound proofing (you could hear others using the toilet) and that you were provided with more towels (1 bath towel each that was not long enough to cover my butt). I also felt the messaging about no parties was excessive because it made me feel I could not even have 1 friend over. Again if you are on a budget and want to be close to the Convention Center then this is for you. If you are wanting a more luxury option then you might not be happy.”

“Our first Airbnb experience was overall great. We traveled with 9 people and never felt crowded. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, and the location was convenient with the bus right across the street to the Loop. Great restaurants nearby, and the corner market has an excellent deli. We paid $60 for early check-in/extra cleaning, but the place wasn’t spotless. We found some dead bugs/ants, and there weren’t enough blankets or pillows for the advertised sleeping arrangements. There was also a gas smell, but maintenance came right away and checked it out. You can hear the train, but everyone slept well. The bed I stayed in was a little low and the pillows weren’t the best, but it wasn’t a major issue. The host was great and very responsive. I’d definitely stay again! My only recommendations would be more flexibility with check-in, more thorough cleaning, and upgrading the coffee pot and kitchen utensils. Thanks, Milan!”

“Overall the stay was okay, Milan was a good host at communicating and getting things fixed. I will say although the listing says it sleeps 8 comfortably 4 maybe 5.”

“The unit is nice.However, you may not wanna deal with this host.He is a terrible person.And did not keep his word about anything. Find another unit in this building or in this area. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS HOST HE IS A LIAR.”

“The apartment was conveniently located and attractive as shown in the photos. The beds were comfortable. But on the first night, there was a big storm, and rain came in through the bathroom vent. The floor, bath mat and towels on the counter were soaked. We were afraid to use that bathroom for fear of electric shock. We reported this, as well as mold in the kitchen cabinet over the stove. They replied promptly and asked when maintenance could come. We said anytime after 11 am but no one ever came. We were hesitant to use that bathroom so we all had to share the other bathroom. Also there was a loud mechanical noise frequently, which we guessed might be the elevator. This is no fault of the apartment owner, but is something to be aware of if you stay there.”

“This is more of a 2bd + den, and the den isn't enclosed at the top so any activity in the living room will wake whoever's there. The building is kind of gross - elevators smelled of urine, gym unkept with no functional bathroom nearby, overall dirty and unwelcoming.”

“This is an apartment building with about 90 units, that’s basically a large Motel 6. The main issues were: - The parking key card didn’t work which was a 30 minute hassle. - Not shown in the pictures, there’s a large AC system that’s duck taped to a window and a big tube runs through the livingroom. When we arrived we noticed the whole rug in the livingroom that the AC was sitting on, was soaking wet. We couldn’t walk in the livingroom without shoes. When I contacted Milan I was instructed to empty the AC’s tube or clean out the vent. At this point I was done and left the night I arrived for a hotel. And the hotel was AMAZING. - The bathrooms are so dirty with stains, dirt, grime, mold. I immediately knew I wouldnt be showering. - The walls are so thin. The apartment next door was raging until 2am, then got up at 5am and continued. I didn’t think it’ll be a deal breaker but it’s SO MUCH noise on that block. - I didn’t get my parking deposit back and had to go through support for it.”
