“We had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless, incredibly private, and had everything we needed. The view overlooking the Smoky Mountains alone was enough to draw us in, but the beautiful decor really made the place special. It had the cozy charm of a mountain lodge while still feeling modern and thoughtfully designed. We made great use of the sauna on the lower level, especially on the rainy days when we spent more time indoors. One thing to keep in mind is that cell reception can be spotty, but the WiFi worked well throughout our stay. There are also some great options for food delivery nearby. Just be sure to provide detailed directions so your driver can find their way up to the property. Overall, a beautiful, peaceful getaway with plenty of privacy and incredible views. We’d absolutely stay here again!”

“I came to the house with a group of 12 for our annual trip to a college football game - this year we wanted to check out a Vols game in Knoxville and found this house was an ideal setting. When we arrived (after a pretty windy and steep drive up the mountain) we were blown away by everything at the house. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to be comfortable, and a stunning view from the back patio. And can we talk about duck pin bowling lanes? We spent HOURS playing during our three nights and had an absolute blast. When one of the lanes wasn’t working on night one, our hosts came out the next morning to get it back up and running. It was very easy to get into Pigeon Forge for dinner on one of the nights and less than an hour into Knoxville on gameday. We had an incredible time, this place was great.”

“Was a great place had 18 Marines stay for 5 days we bowled, play poker, swam and took dips in the hot tub. The icing on the cake was waking up to a momma bear and her 2 cubs out the deck. We literally stood there took pics drank coffee and watched in all. All ready to book again next year!”
