“I will start with the positive. Great location, great layout, private bedrooms, well stocked kitchen, comfortable outdoor space. The property was easy to find and Unfortunately the place was disgustingly unclean. Whoever is paying for the cleaning service is being ripped off. There were piles of dead bugs by the vents, mouse poop all over the sofa, and both showers were very dirty. Some of the dishes in the cabinets were not clean and my daughter found toenail clippings and hair in one of the beds. I have rented many houses over the years and this is the first time I left a negative review. This house could easily be a 5 star rental if it were clean. Too bad!”

“Good location and a beautiful view from the balcony. But the cleanliness of the apartment left something to be desired, the microwave was quite dirty, there were several hairs on the bathroom floor, and the furniture was dusty.”

“Beautiful property but could benefit from “major upgrades and restoration “…..front door was basically nonfunctional. Looks like an investment project that would benefit from some major landscaping projects and structural upgrades. No A/C. All the appliances were very functional. Several TVs….bathrooms marginal… sinks dated, shower pretty strange…but plenty of hot water. On the Main Street near River and park and old bridge. Not particularly cozy and no functional outside areas where you would want to congregate. Kitchen was functional and linens, towels good condition and clean. Bed was comfortable, good pillows”

“Overall this was a nice place to stay in the summer. It had everything we needed in the kitchen. We knew there was no air conditioning but with only 1 fan and a window with no screen in the bedroom, it did get quite warm upstairs. Otherwise we loved the location and enjoyed the peaceful area.”

“This was planned to be a joyful weekend after a death in the family of our military serviceman brother and son, an Iraq veteran poisoned in the war. Through a misunderstanding in the dates we made an error and asked to reschedule. The host was unwavering and basically took our money without any offer to resolve the issue. On Memorial Day weekend no less with our 84 year old mother. We had no choice but to pay over $1k in hotel fees on top of the $1k AirBnB. Corporate stepped in and had to apologize and offer us compensation. The host should be ashamed of themselves for treating a veterans family this way after his sad and tragic death. SkyRun VT should NOT be in the AirBnB system as they shamefully tarnish the brand.”

“Pros: 5 mins to Okemo Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a meal for multiple people. Overall the place was clean. Cons: Description says it includes bathroom amenities. False. There was 1 bottle of shampoo and a single small bar of soap for 2 bathrooms. No tissues. Hot tub should have a sign that says "ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK" months back people left reviews complaining about the hot tub but clearly the company does not care. The hot tub is gross. It's underfilled, slimy and the water is green. There are a variety of chemicals that I think guest are just dumping into the hot tub to try to fix it because the smell is overwhelming. It says that a service tech comes every Friday to clean/do maintenance. False. It's a huge disappointment.”

“Lovely stay. Great location, everything as advertised. I gave only 4 stars because it's BYO firewood.. which in VT should be a sin! Buying your own wood and fire starter after paying top dollar for a ski rental is madness and this was NOT advertised. I even asked the management company if the fireplace worked... which they replied yes... but left out how we needed to provide our own wood. FYI for future renters...”

“PERFECT location for skiing at Sugarbush! Easy walk to slopes. Perfect for a couple. This unit had everything we needed to have all our meals in. One thing not in description about "Essentials" is that only a "starter pack" of essentials is supplied. 1 new roll and half already started toilet paper was supplied for a 4 day/3 night stay. Only 2 dishwasher packs for the stay, too. I get that people steal items (and that is so sad), but please at least supply an adequate amount of supplies for the stay.”
