“My 3 friends and I stayed here for the cape cod half marathon. The location was very nice because we were right near the course. The house is very cute, clean, and there is enough room for 4 people. The outdoor space is also a great addition to the property. The only problem was that the oven did not work and the queen bed in the first bedroom is quite stiff and was a bit hard to sleep on. Other than these issues the owners were very kind and timely with their responses to our questions.”

“Lots of little things need fixed. I reached out about the broken toilet paper holder, no shower curtain liner, other random fixtures on the walls. They asked if I wanted it fixed while there or after. I said after, but it looks like other guests had these same issues in their reviews. Found multiple dead beetles. Found a water bottle next to the bunk beds. Could use a deep clean. Lots of minor things really need fixed. For the price we paid I think the place should have been in better condition. The bunk bed top bunk has cardboard under it, along with a self done wooden slats and a sheet stapled to it on the underside… we wouldn’t let our kids sleep on the top bunk. Paint chipping/ marks on many walls, Very obvious dirty grout, etc. In its current state the amount charged should be less unless they are willing to fix all of these things and do a deep clean!”

“Great location, enjoyed the pop-up concerts, close to Frisco and great restaurants. The place needs updating especially the kitchen - to include all kitchen utensils, baking sheet, coffee pot, dish drying rack, and dishes.”

“Overall, we had a really nice stay. The beach is an easy walk away, and we loved that the property comes with lots of pool and beach gear, like chairs, umbrellas, toys, and a wagon to carry everything to the beach. The pool area is really nice and was cleaned regularly during our stay.”

“read this before you think about booking this home. my family & i stayed here for 7 days. when we arrived the house was very clean and full of everything we needed for our beach vacation. & that’s the only positive thing i will say about this place. the pool and hot tub were DISGUSTINGLY dirty. & both were broken when we arrived. we had to wait 4 days for them to finally come and fix the hot tub & it never ended up getting fully fixed. the pool jets & lights are completely broken. they waited until DAY 4 to come clean the pool that should’ve been cleaned before we arrived. the “owners” don’t care. they just want your money so if that means they false advertise things, they will! think twice before booking this place.”

“The house is a short distance from the beaches. Nice, quiet neighborhood, open floor plan, tasteful furnishings/ décor, bedrooms with comfortable beds, two bathrooms with high-quality shower fixtures and a handheld showerhead. Spacious backyard with plenty of privacy, a deck (could be cleaner) with a variety of comfortable outdoor seating. Crystal-clear pool. A really great house! It could be so lovely, but the amenities aren’t quite what we’d expect. No complimentary cold drinks, no coffee capsules for the first morning. Apart from coffee mugs/ cutlery, all the tableware is plastic. No glassware for for a good wine or beer (inside) . A modern fridge with a water dispenser, but the water tastes/smells of chlorine. Limited number of towels, thin pool towels, no beach towels... luckily we’d brought our own. 4 fairly basic beach chairs, already quite rusty. Lots of inflatable pool toys, many of them broken. And perhaps worth noting: early check-in/late check-out on request $19/hour.”

“This is an absolutely fantastic place to stay! The owner has done a superb job on the remodel and all of the furniture appears to be brand new. Kudos to the owner for the condition of the unit! Additionally, the location is fantastic and Shore Walk is peaceful and beautiful. Unfortunately, the company that manages the property, Sky Run, needs to improve in a number of ways. The most important improvement is in how they communicate. They text you from multiple numbers, send you emails, and also expect you to log into their so-called portal for critical information such as the door code. I found myself having to search multiple text threads, emails, and their portal just to get basic information. An example of the problems this creates is that I was not notified that the unit was ready. I was supposed to know that I should log in to their "portal" and keep checking on the status of the unit. Crazy! But again, this is a fantastic condo and I would definitely stay there again!”

“Great location. Walking distance to the ski lift. Very comfortable for the 5 of us. Beds were just right. I would have given 5 stars but there were some missing items in the kitchen, e.g. serving bowls for salad...”

“I think the management company didn’t do their job well. Didn’t received instructions a week before arrival like they said. The same day they gave us the code to open a box in the office with some papers with no keys or code to open the door. Being stranded in the middle of the night at 20 degrees Farenheit, we call an emergency number to get help and after an hour on hold and waiting, they gave us the code to enter.”
