“Condo was spacious and clean! Absolutely perfect location, right in the middle of everything! Wonderful stay and our pup was excited to join us!”

“read this before you think about booking this home. my family & i stayed here for 7 days. when we arrived the house was very clean and full of everything we needed for our beach vacation. & that’s the only positive thing i will say about this place. the pool and hot tub were DISGUSTINGLY dirty. & both were broken when we arrived. we had to wait 4 days for them to finally come and fix the hot tub & it never ended up getting fully fixed. the pool jets & lights are completely broken. they waited until DAY 4 to come clean the pool that should’ve been cleaned before we arrived. the “owners” don’t care. they just want your money so if that means they false advertise things, they will! think twice before booking this place.”

“When we arrived the previous guest had left ALL the trash bins completely full and even some on the floor directly next to the hot tub. for that reason we did not get to use the hot tub for the remainder of the trip. we also noticed a weird smell (almost like old cigarette smoke if that make sense). Both of these issues were communicated with the owners and the trash was taken care of 1-2 days after our arrival. over the place was in an amazing area with a 1-2 min walk to the beach.”

“The house is a short distance from the beaches. Nice, quiet neighborhood, open floor plan, tasteful furnishings/ décor, bedrooms with comfortable beds, two bathrooms with high-quality shower fixtures and a handheld showerhead. Spacious backyard with plenty of privacy, a deck (could be cleaner) with a variety of comfortable outdoor seating. Crystal-clear pool. A really great house! It could be so lovely, but the amenities aren’t quite what we’d expect. No complimentary cold drinks, no coffee capsules for the first morning. Apart from coffee mugs/ cutlery, all the tableware is plastic. No glassware for for a good wine or beer (inside) . A modern fridge with a water dispenser, but the water tastes/smells of chlorine. Limited number of towels, thin pool towels, no beach towels... luckily we’d brought our own. 4 fairly basic beach chairs, already quite rusty. Lots of inflatable pool toys, many of them broken. And perhaps worth noting: early check-in/late check-out on request $19/hour.”

“This is an absolutely fantastic place to stay! The owner has done a superb job on the remodel and all of the furniture appears to be brand new. Kudos to the owner for the condition of the unit! Additionally, the location is fantastic and Shore Walk is peaceful and beautiful. Unfortunately, the company that manages the property, Sky Run, needs to improve in a number of ways. The most important improvement is in how they communicate. They text you from multiple numbers, send you emails, and also expect you to log into their so-called portal for critical information such as the door code. I found myself having to search multiple text threads, emails, and their portal just to get basic information. An example of the problems this creates is that I was not notified that the unit was ready. I was supposed to know that I should log in to their "portal" and keep checking on the status of the unit. Crazy! But again, this is a fantastic condo and I would definitely stay there again!”

“Great location. Walking distance to the ski lift. Very comfortable for the 5 of us. Beds were just right. I would have given 5 stars but there were some missing items in the kitchen, e.g. serving bowls for salad...”

“I think the management company didn’t do their job well. Didn’t received instructions a week before arrival like they said. The same day they gave us the code to open a box in the office with some papers with no keys or code to open the door. Being stranded in the middle of the night at 20 degrees Farenheit, we call an emergency number to get help and after an hour on hold and waiting, they gave us the code to enter.”
