“Our second time staying at this home- love the location and the outdoor space!”

“We had a great stay. Very convenient to beach and restaurants. The only down side is we were given two codes and only one worked. AC kept up well in the bedrooms but was warm in the main room.”

“The place was very clean. The view was amazing. only thing is the really loud nightclubs right across the street and the decor is dated circa 2000. Otherwise beautiful building. Amazing private beach. I would go back but maybe a different unit.”

“Fine stay overall. We stayed for a week at the end of May. The pool was warm enough to be comfortable. The house was overall comfortable. Kitchen is very well equipped. The queen bed is a bit firm but fine. The bathroom and shower in that room are open and it does get a bit chilly when showering, but not a deal breaker. Unfortunately, fishing was unproductive. If you're hoping to catch fish this time of year I'd look elsewhere. Also, the dock is in very rough shape and really needs to be replaced. However, if you're just looking for a relaxing place to stay, this was fine overall.”

“Cute little home close to almost everything. Quiet neighborhood. Only concern is the lack of trash cans for extended stays with kids and no support to problem solve.”

“Prime location and and overall property is well maintained. Roof was in the process of being replaced and obviously had been scheduled well ahead of our reservation, but this was not disclosed in listing or subsequent communication. Construction noise was not the best atmosphere.”

“The location and views were absolutely spectacular — truly some of the best we’ve experienced. The house itself has so much potential and the setting is hard to beat. Unfortunately, cleanliness was a serious letdown. The bathroom hadn’t been properly cleaned (we found hair in the shower), and multiple blankets were stained with what appeared to be bodily fluids and blood. For a stay at this level, that’s simply not acceptable. Everything else about the place is amazing, but the host really needs to address the cleaning standards before guests arrive. With better attention to hygiene, this could easily be a 5-star stay”

“This property did not match the listing, photos, or rating. While described as renovated, it appears only painted and overall felt dated, poorly maintained, and not properly cleaned. We observed dirty floors, stained seating, dirty switches, buildup in the sliding door track, hair in the shower, broken blinds, mold in the washing machine, moldy kitchen caulking, and a strong odor throughout. There were also leftover items from previous guests and the yard was overgrown with weeds and debris. Several amenities were not ready or functional, including a dirty pool on arrival, non working fire pit, faulty shower tap, and a master sink that did not drain. There was also a sewer smell in the master bathroom. Communication was delayed, including over 12 hours without response regarding a door that would not lock. Overall, this stay fell well below expectations and we would not stay here again.”

“would like to Address several issues. First we had to wait over an hour and half to get info the unit after several attempts to reach the emergency number for after hours Second the place has a very bad ador! That did not get better The bathroom has mold in and around the shower , the dry wall around the shower on both sides had mold as well, no fan and the mirror has something around it. Stains of some sort. The floor near the baseboards was dirty They did change the mirror out on Friday The unit is in a great location but needs updating and mold removal”

“When we arrived the code to the front door was wrong after a 9 hour drive. We were lucky that someone answered the phone on a Saturday. We also were told later that the grill shown in the photos was off limits & locked. The road in the back was a little loud at times. Not constant but definitely on a flight path in that neighborhood that was consistent. Overall stay was okay, not great.”
