“This was a perfect house for our big group of couples. There was plenty of space to gather together but the bedrooms were spread out and gave everyone a quiet space. The views were fantastic, there were trails accessible from the house, and it was a quick drive to town or other trailheads. We had a fantastic weekend and highly recommend!!”

House is well equipped with everything you need including a very comfortable bed. It was nice to have a designated parking spot for our car. We will definitely stay here the next time in Santa Fe!”

“The location was great, and we enjoyed the peace and quiet. It could have been cleaner, and the plastic mattress covering made the bed a little uncomfortable. Overall, we appreciated the quiet setting and convenient location.”

“The location was excellent. We were close to everything in Santa Fe and could walk to most places. The inside was nice and very roomy. Parking was a bit tight with only one spot, but we managed. The biggest problem was that the AC units weren't working properly. I noticed it at check-in and called right away. I was told it was after hours and that someone would call me first thing the next day. No one ever called, the whole stay. On Sunday I also messaged through the Airbnb app. I was told maintenance would try to come out Monday. No one came. On Tuesday I messaged again to say I still hadn't heard anything and no one had shown up. They replied on Wednesday with an apology, saying they'd had a "problem with their messaging system." Because of this I slept badly every night. It was too hot. A comfortable place to sleep is the most basic thing a rental should provide, and when it fails, guests need a quick response.”
