“Overall the house was exactly like the photos. The location was perfect with lots of wildlife around all the time. The giant window was a beautiful focal point. The house had all the normal amenities and plenty of kitchen items to allow you to cook at home without having to buy spices, tin foil, etc. I will second what the previous renters said that the master bed was terrible. There was a note saying it was being addressed but it's been very poorly shimmed. There were big dips/lumps all over the bed and the couches in the main sitting area have broken springs. Again, everything else was exactly as stated and the location could not be better!”

“I would highly recommend this unit for a couple. That said, a friend and I rented this because it said there were two beds and two bathrooms. The bed in the bedroom is comfortable but the sofa bed, which I tried to sleep on, was very uncomfortable. The sofa is old and tired. I did not sleep well at all. The location of this rental is perfect because it’s outside of town and generally quiet. However, we were disturbed by the guests upstairs who were quite loud in the middle of the night. This unit is a downstairs unit. The self check-in was very easy but the unit itself is kind of difficult to find, especially at night. All in all we had a good stay.”

“The cabin was as described and matched the images. We had a wonderful time. The cost felt a little pricey for a more rustic space then what we would have had at a hotel. Also, there needed to be more blankets.”

“This is a nice clean cabin with fully equipped kitchen. With the exception of bath rooms, it is roomy and comfortable. The downstairs king bedroom is very nice & the 2 upstairs bedrooms roomy. We found the layout rather awkward however. There is a long climb to get into the cabin and then if you use the downstairs ground-level king bedroom, a long climb back down. The upstairs bath is minuscule with a shower no more that 20" wide & barely room to sit on the toilet. The downstairs bath is slightly larger with tub/shower, but has a low slanted ceiling over part where you cannot stand up straight. A "Cabin Operation Manual" is provided which has a section of interesting Info/pictures of the owner family and a dissertation on how to locate a cabin to protect from wildfires - all very interesting, but no info on the TV or heating systems, or explanation of what those remote controls at the fireplaces are for. Based on experience, there are better choices in this area.”
