SkyRun Keystone
4.73Visit website
SkyRun Keystone's guest rating of 4.73 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“We love staying at this place. We loved it just as much as last year! The view is just spectacular. We absolutely love the fires, walks, views, and prime location. So easy to get to breck/the mountain for skiing, town, and more! We love this location, and highly recommend it for families. You do have do a bit of walking to get your bag to the condo but the place has an elevator so no issue. If you want to get fresh air, beautiful views, and a peaceful location. This is the place for you! We love you keystone & the pines and can’t wait to come back again !!!”airbnb

“This is an awesome Airbnb, and I can highly recommend to others looking for a stay in Dillon. The location was perfect for us to ski at Loveland and we even saw moose 2 days in a row, just around the corner from the condo which was a big highlight. The condo was extremely well equipped with everything (and more) we needed for a comfortable stay. Super clean and comfortable beds. I would love to come back?”airbnb

“Our most disappointing River Run condo so far. The unit really needs a lot of attention. It's a penthouse location with basement apartment quality maintenance. Poorly patched holes in walls, dingy old carpet, broken window cranks, only FOUR spoons in the kitchen...The Springs is a great building, would definitely stay there again. But not this unit. Or really any unit managed by this management company. We contacted them about a fire alarm that had been going off for hours across the hall from us. We were told the people in the unit needed to contact someone about it. To me, a fire alarm should be addressed quickly, no matter who is reaching out. After four hours we finally contacted Summit County non-emergency, and they sent the fire department. But the fact that our contact with Sky Run did not initiate any response was extremely disappointing.”airbnb

“Checking in was a little difficult. We arrived very late (after midnight) and when we followed the instruction to pick up our welcome packet & key from the office, there was no packet or key to the condo left for us. We had to call the after hours phone number and after a few attempts we got connected with someone who was able to get us a code to the spare key lockbox at the condo.”airbnb

“Hospitalized for an emergency medical situation my home state. I was unable to have any forms of communication for six days. I tried to coach family through the process of using Airbnb to ask for any type of a refund and was given zero consideration thanks”airbnb

“The place was very well stocked and very clean. And the location for skiing was perfect a short 5 min walk to Mtn House base area and then a 10 min walk to River Run for after ski atmosphere. Only dissatisfied with access to the community hot tub, which we were never able to get despite asking for help from SkyRun.”airbnb
