“The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Hair and dirt everywhere. Both beds had pubic hairs on the sheets. Me and my girlfriend had to sleep in the couch both nights. Then we had to wash a sheet to put on the couch because the couch was filthy too. It was very itchy until we put a sheet on the couch. Never once in my life have I had a problem with an Air BNB. The host was not attentive to the situation nor did he care.”

“Overall, I had a good stay. The apartment itself was very nice, and being on the 36th floor, the view was absolutely phenomenal and definitely one of the highlights of the stay. There were a couple of issues, however. The microwave was not working, and the TV in the living room was also broken and unusable. Neither issue was necessarily a deal breaker for me, but they were definitely inconvenient, especially during a multi-day stay. Aside from those issues, I enjoyed the apartment and the overall experience. If the microwave and living room TV are repaired, it would make the stay much more comfortable for future guests.”

“This house was so nasty. The pictures absolutely looking like the house the bathtub filthy bathroom floor filthy tub it looks like it was so filthy that they use paint to try to cover it??? holes in the wall. The bed was so disgusting. I put a sheet over the headboard because I do not want my head touching what was on the headboard!! There was pet stains and hair and just disgusting. I washed the comforter upon arrival because i could smell sweat or on the comforter and I only smelled it because of how dirty the house was the rugs were filthy. The floors were filthy. We actually left an entire day early because I preferred to drive four hours home instead of flooding Sleeping in a house that I just was not comfortable in. I would not eat out the kitchen.. It was just nasty. And shame on you because for you to rent this property out knowing the way it looks knowing how dirty it is and no one with your pictures portray. You should be ashamed.!”

“Please don’t rely on the beautiful photos in the listing — the apartment looked completely different in person. It was dirty, and we found men’s hair and clumps of dust throughout the apartment. The furniture was old, worn and damaged, the living room table had burn marks, there were stains on the walls and doors, lots of rust and even stains on the towels. The bedroom bed was also visibly worn. I booked this apartment for my birthday trip to Miami, so I was especially disappointed. On top of that, the building is currently undergoing facade renovations and all balconies are closed. We were not informed about this, so we couldn’t even use the balcony. The host offered to move us to another apartment, but after seeing the condition of this one, I was afraid the situation would be the same. This was nothing like what was presented in the listing. Very disappointed and unfortunately I cannot recommend this property.”

“The master bedroom door makes a lot of noise when the air condition cuts off and on. May have something to do with air pressure but it always sound like someone is about to walk in the door. Upstairs is also quite loud when movement.”

“The apartment is beautiful, with one of my favorite views in Miami. However, I was disappointed that the balcony was closed for repairs, as it was one of the main reasons I booked this $300 stay. Additionally, access to the amenities requires registration within a one-hour window upon arrival. Unfortunately, I missed it and couldn't access them during my one-night stay. Overall, a gorgeous property, but given these limitations, I didn't feel the experience justified the price.”
