“Cute, clean, and quiet tiny home! There isn’t much around the area, but if you’re looking to get away from noise and busy life, this is the perfect spot. We spent our days enjoying activities in downtown Palm Springs and came back here to relax and unwind. It was about a 35-minute drive to downtown Palm Springs, but since we were only staying for the weekend, it worked out great. If you’re looking for a great price and a peaceful place to rest for the night, this is definitely the spot. The amenities looked great as well, but it was very windy during our stay and there was a lot of sand in the air, so we ended up staying in most of the time. We had a relaxing stay and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere.”airbnb

“This home was great. It’s an easy 30 min drive to Downtown Palm Springs. I do recommend having the map of the resort they send you before getting there because you lose service & we got a bit lost. We pulled the map out after we arrived inside, so we got back on track. The pool area was nice and relaxing. It gets extremely windy in this area so keep that in mind. Other than that, we had a great and comfortable stay!”airbnb

“I would definitely say that this house is the best Airbnb I have ever lived with (considering the budget, below $300, a very fair price). It located in a resort, to be honest, it took us some time to find the entrance of the house (cause there are so many houses in the resort), but we really had a wonderful experience in this house, clean, comfortable, quiet, high quality furniture and enough space for a large group. Also, the swimming pools in the resort are amazing! I will stay here again without any doubt in my next visit in California!”airbnb

“A cozy and comfortable unit with tasteful decor. Very close access to the mineral pools and jacuzzi. A nearby onsite lake offers a park-like setting with local wildlife including ducks and even a roadrunner!”airbnb

“The Good: VERY Clean which I really appreciate. I have traveled extensively and homeowners have a different idea of "clean". This owner and the cleaners are meticulous. I appreciated that. The AC worked great. The kitchen was modern and had everything I needed and more. The hot/ cold water worked great. It was very quiet. There is a nice mineral pool if you can get in. The cable and tv applications worked well. The Not So Good: The instructions for finding the unit were not accurate. The address they give only gets you to the gate, and the code they gave was correct however there are several directions you can take after the gate. The correct directions should say: "go straight through the gate and Unit #--- is just on the right on (name of street). However the directions not give the street name nor the direction to go after entering the gate. The location is 20-25 mins from Palm Springs, Palm Desert. The code to the pools was not correct but luckily gates were open. WIFI pw was wrong”airbnb

“So they claim it sleeps 4 with a king bed and pullout. The pullout was ripped on the bottom, came with no sheets, and I’m fine sleeping on some gnarly stuff but this thing wasn’t sleepable. The shower water stayed warm for about 3 minutes then went a little cold. Other than those points, the place was as described and clean. The sleeping arrangement really messed up our stay though. We debated leaving early due to it.”airbnb

“The house was easy to find and clean when we arrived. A few of the fans did not work and it was a little warm at night. Only One TV and remote (of the 3) worked. Some of the lights we could only turn on and off by pulling the strings. We tried to contact the owners to see how to use a remote for the fan and a the broken fan upon arrival but, never heard back. We only got a notification about meeting someone to discuss possibly buying a place at the resort. They were much better responding prior to arrival. The pool, pickle ball courts, gym, and other amenities were nice. We had fun using those.”airbnb
