“The Meeting Haus was a lovely place to stay for 10 people plus a dog for a fun golf trip weekend to the Sunday River resort area. Located in a great spot that was close to the courses we played, there was a lot to do in the house that kept us busy while spending time there. From the dart board and pool table to the grill and fire pit outside, we enjoyed everything the house has to offer. Would absolutely recommend this listing to anyone who has a large group and is looking for in-house entertainment. Will be on the lookout for it again next time we are up in the area!”

“Collin was super responsive. I had a couple of questions and he answered them before we arrived and right away. House is in a busy intersection right at the base of Winni! It is literally a stone’s throw from the marina and all of the Alton Bay hotspots. The house was roomy enough for the nine of us and our Golden. It had clearly been renovated and looked terrific. Kitchens (there are two!) and bathrooms were immaculate. Linens and towels were provided which is such a nice touch and makes traveling so much easier! We absolutely loved the location and the house itself. Would love to come back!”

“Colin's place was just what we needed for such a large gathering. He was a great host and the one small detail that was just an oversight was almost immediately taken care of. Definitely would recommend the place and would definitely go back. Not many places where you can seat 20 plus people at the same table' Place was clean and well stocked and the lawn and large deck was utilized with much enjoyment. Place was big enough, so everyone had their own space as well. Thank you to Colin for making our stay so enjoyable "”

“Collin’s place is a well kept upstairs apartment on a unique intersection. The apartment is big and roomy with a nicely updated bathroom. The kitchen provided a great seating area for morning coffee and a glimpse of the bay if you looked out the window just right. With the town of Alton and Alton bay just footsteps away there’s plenty to do. Restaurants, bars, a small beach and a public boat launch. Some places were closed given we stayed during the week. More of a quiet town not much of a night life. But a perfect spot for a peaceful getaway.”
