“The unit is as advertised, in a beautiful location, and the staff we communicated with were friendly. The condo we normally book near Breck was unavailable so we gave this one a try. Unfortunately, we found the mattresses to be uncomfortably firm. Everyone in our group sleeps on a firm mattress at home, but these were truly next-level. Overall, the unit was remodeled and clean with a fully stocked kitchen + some games. If you’re sensitive to heat in the summer, note this condo has 3 fans (each bedroom + kitchen), not AC. I recommend confirming your access to the online portal ahead of your arrival time. We arrived after their office closed, and our portal access for house instructions and the WiFi password was locked due to a typo in my name, but we were provided login instructions the next morning. We’re not unhappy with our stay, we’re just unlikely to stay here again.”

“Beautiful condo in close proximity to Breckenridge. The private balcony has an excellent view of Quandary Peak, and we spent several mornings with our coffee out there to enjoy the birdsong. The condo was also stocked with the perfect array of kitchen supplies so we could make meals and drinks.”

“The check instructions are pretty minimal and confusing for this place. I had to do a lot of unnecessary walking and searching with my elderly parents. Also way too hot at night and we had problems with changing the temperature. The Airbnb hosts had become unresponsive at that point so we were on our own to deal with the warmth. The location is nice though,”

“Overall, this was a mixed experience. The condo itself was quite amazing for the price (during the offseason, at least), and the kitchen was super well stocked. We had two rooms with three beds and each bed was very comfortable. The place was very clean. I'd certainly come back. The biggest issue we had is that it felt a bit corporate in their communication, and they were very inflexible. Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am, which means they're giving themselves a full six hours to clean. We asked for just an hour later of a check out and they immediately said no even though we were traveling with a 2 year old baby. This felt unnecessarily strict. Another weird thing is that we had to pick up and drop off our keys from a different location that's a 7 minute drive away. They also made it explicit that the keys needed to be dropped off at the other location before 10am, so check out is actually closer to 9:45am. None of this is a huge problem, but just felt quite annoying.”

“The place was fine and looked as described, however although I received over 10 notifications prior to my stay at no point did they communicate that the pool was closed for maintenance. This was never mentioned anywhere, I booked based on the pool, very disappointing that this was never mentioned or addressed at all, just had to walk down to the pool and find out myself.”
