“Super cute cabin right on the river. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck listening to the river. The location is the best in camp Sherman. Right by Hola and the general store. Would definitely stay again.”

“The unit was clean, organized, and in a nice, quiet area, which we appreciated. However, for about $620 for two nights, the overall guest experience was disappointing. The 10 AM checkout felt unusually early, especially with a 4 PM check-in. I may have missed that detail when booking quickly, but had I noticed it, I likely would have chosen another property, so future guests should read the rules carefully. I requested a small extension and it was declined, despite a six-hour turnover window for a small two-bedroom unit. Communication was also frustrating: we received repeated reminders about checkout and tasks, but no clear map/directions to access the place and no clear Wi-Fi information. There were also no basic coffee supplies such as creamer, milk, or sugar. Finally, being asked to take out trash and wash dishes despite paying for cleaning felt contradictory. Clean and quiet place, but rigid and not very guest-centered.”

“To get in the main door entrance there was trouble with the code lock not sure what was going on with it. Called for help but the person on the phone couldn’t help. I fiddled with it multiple times and on accident it opened. From then on I didn’t shut that door to latch and lock in fear of being locked out again. The walls are very thin so you can hear everything from other guests. The upstairs guests did not abide by noise curfew. As far as space it was great. It was very clean, comfortable and convenient . Booking was smooth, parking was ample.”

“Stay was good for first 2 days. There was an unattended dog upstairs, barking and scratching all night. Could use a few more mirrors. Very clean, and walkable to many great places.”

“This place was a disaster from the first second. Neighbor was noisily cleaning his yard & his vicious dogs were barking & snarling at us on other side of fence. Our view was their messy yard so we had to keep the shades shut. The refrigerator was not working on arrival & there were no instructions for the AC. We contacted the service number but were given the run-around for over 14 hrs & the food we brought spoiled. We didn’t hear back until the next day-couldn’t sleep in hot rm w/no AC. Frankenstein upstairs woke us up at 6am. No private spots to sit outside to enjoy coffee nor any table /chairs inside to enjoy dinner or breakfast in the room. Bathroom was huge, but not needed & left no room in the rest of the apt for a table & chairs or couch to watch TV. While the room was very clean & the bed comfy, we would have been better at a hotel. Had to take out trash even though paid clean fee. Check out very early & poor service. Spoiled an otherwise nice weekend in Sisters.”

“Great location with pool and billiards on site. We booked 4 months in advance. Most of our concerns were with management communication and listed amenities. Check-in was difficult because the lock instructions were missing an important step (tapping the emblem before entering the code). The following morning the lock battery died and could not be reactivated for several hours, which meant leaving the condo unsecured while we were out. We also specifically booked this property expecting to use the Traeger grill listed in the amenities, but after arriving were informed it had been removed. The fireplace was additionally unavailable for guest use. For a 4-day stay, only 2 garbage bags were provided, and checkout instructions requested separating recycling without providing recycling bags or bins. The condo itself and location were good, but clearer communication and accurate amenity listings would have made for a much better experience.”

“Great place! The kitchen had all the items we needed. The place was clean and the host provided nice soap, shampoo, conditioner, even moisturizing cream (very appreciated), and the towels were great. Also no clutter. We looked at this place a few time but didn't book before because the bed has a foot-board and my husband is 6.4f. He was fine but I wish the foot-board can be taken off. There are 2 rental units- upstairs and downstairs and the soundproofing between the units is almost none existent - you could hear what the downstairs guests are talking about, they staid 2 days only and where very nice and quiet, we also apologize to them for using the TV - they probably could hear it as well. The house rules are mentioned on AirB&B, on the management company website, and also in the rental contract - however some rules (e.g. about the garbage) are incomplete, inconsistent, and somewhat confusing. Soundproofing and the confusing house rules is the reason for a downgrade to 4 starts.”

“Enjoyed out stay! probably a few too many text messages from the host during our stay. Just an FYI for future guests, the fireplace was included in the advertisement pictures, but when we arrived we were directed by the host that we were not permitted to use the fireplace. This was disapointing. Other than that, clean, comfortable, well-appointed, and a great location.”
