“Check in was a breeze. The walk to the beach was short and it helped having the wagon. The house was clean! It was off season and school was back in session, so the beach was not crowded at all. We had a great relaxing time. The only thing was the shed with beach gear was a bit disorganized possibly from previous guests. We had to kinda reorganize and clean up some of the gear before heading to the beach. I’m sure that is no fault of the owners. Luke was very kind and friendly! He even called me a day prior to check in to go over things.”

“Christine and Luke were amazing host. The privacy in Fort Morgan is the gem in this location. The beach is a short walk away. We are so thankful we were allowed to bring our dogs. Our host thought about everything we could have needed for our stay with such care. They were proactive to make sure our stay was comfortable and that we had all we needed. We felt right at home. The beach is so clear and not crowded. Again it’s so private but so close to the best shopping spots with some amazing food. (I’m not telling the secret of shopping places) I can’t say thank you enough for such a beautiful place. Also something i didn’t expect, I told the host I have dander problems and she has an air purifier there that works wonderfully. I am now going to purchase one. Thanks again God is so good!”

The beach is beautiful and the neighborhood is designed so that your time on the sand never feels overcrowded. The host are very communicative and accommodating.”

“We had a great time staying at the Blue Angel Beach House! Everything was clean and well appointed, lots of extra supplies and beach gear. Location was calm and peaceful with great beach access right out the door. Would have loved to have seen the Blue Angels while there, but maybe next time.”

“The Coxy Cottage was a great place to stay and I would stay again in the future. I really appreciated how well it was set up for kids, especially the retractable baby gate on the front porch. The beach access is easy and walk is not far. Overall a great place to stay!”

“Located on a sparsely populated beach with white sand and gentle surf. The house was comfortable, spacious and clean. The beach equipment included umbrellas, beach chairs, boogie boards, large wagon to shuttle the gear—everything we needed for our family vacation. The whole clan agreed this property is worth a repeat visit.”

“I wish I could give better than a 5 star rating! Everything was perfect. The hosts were SO kind and truly thought of every single detail. We travel a lot and have high standards and this place and these hosts met and exceeded all expectations! My only complaint is we couldn’t stay longer! The beach is beautiful and quiet. The house is well stocked with kitchen supplies, indoor and outdoor toys for kids, baby supplies, and beach equipment. You don’t need to bring much because of how thoughtful these hosts are. Our kids loved the bunk room. We spent many hours rocking babies on the porch swing and rockers overlooking the ocean. The outdoor shower was a fan favorite too! It’s an easy walk straight on to the sand and we loved being able to go in and out as much as we pleased because of how close the beach was. I could go on and on about how great this place is. I don’t think it could get much better. Just book!!”
