“We had a wonderful stay and plan to stay longer next time! The penthouse was comfy, had everything we needed, and had gorgeous views from the balcony. We also loved the community amenities! The spa, gym, and pool were a great added bonus!”

“One of the best rentals I’ve ever stayed in and we have been using rentals for over 15 years all over the U.S. and multiple countries. Telluride is beautiful and love that a grocery store, Clark’s Market, is a 2 minute walk. The house was immaculate, spotless bathrooms, which is something I am a stickler for. The rental was beautiful and comfortably large for 3 adults and 2 children. The only issue was it was extremely hot. I realize it’s the mountains and a lot of places do not have AC but it was a high 80s-90 degrees everyday and the rental was uncomfortably hot. Even opening what little doors and windows we could provided no relief. The small table top fans in the bedrooms did not provide much relief either. The only room with some relief was the loft with the only ceiling fan, if you slept right underneath it. I highly recommend some more fans, or, if possible, some sort of cooling unit. Otherwise, fantastic rental. I’m sure it’s great in the winter or with cooler temps.”

“Amazing location. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. The area is great, Mountain Village is a top destination of anywhere in my opinion. Great resort staff and lots to see and do in the area. I thought it was a great place overall. I did encounter some issues with the overall cleanliness however. The host had house keeping re-do the clean which was helpful but missed obvious things like a used Q-tip on the floor. Cleaning seems to be provided by The Peaks Resort so I don’t know how much I can “fault” the host per se. They were a little slower to respond than I’m normally used to with AirBnB but not horrible. Our fridge and freezer had struggled to get cold for over a day and thus because of it we had to ask the resort for a cooler to keep our food cold. With those issues aside I’d still be happy to re-visit as I thought the location was stunning and super convenient for everything Telluride/Mountain Village. Only other thing I would ask is to improve the sleeper couch.”

“Just spent one week at this home. It is accurately described in the listing. Plenty of room for guests to have space but be together. Two minute drive (or 5 min walk downhill) to grocery store and gondola. Would be a tough walk up after activities or carrying groceries so we did use our car but was easy and no issues with parking. The home is beautiful. One thing I would mention is that there are 2 bedrooms and bathrooms on lowest level, main living on second level and primary bedroom and bath on third level. If you have someone that might have difficulty with stairs, may not work. This was not an issue for us, but something to be aware of if this pertains to you. Overall, would recommend and would stay again.”

“This was a fantastic location for our family of 4 with two young kids. The outdoor pool is hard to beat in the summer, and the location being walkable but just off the beaten path of mountain village center was awesome.”
