“Silver Dunes in general is a nice hidden gem in Destin. This particular unit is ground floor and right next to the pool. It was perfect to be able to just walk out the back door to the green space and let our kids run around. The unit itself is very well decorated and met our needs overall. Silver Dunes changes these units over more like a hotel than an actual Airbnb, so don’t expect leftover seasonings, shampoo, water bottles, beach towels, and little touches that you would normally find at an Airbnb. You will have to buy most of that stuff yourself, although it does have a chest full of beach toys available. The beach is amazing and has shower/wash off stations perfectly located to get that pesky sand off. Two beach service chairs were included and are set up by an attendant, just ask where you want them set up. We had a great time and would come back.”

“Lovely and updated condo in Destin! We really enjoyed our stay… we’ve stayed in this complex at silver dunes before but this was our first stay in this unit. Everything was clean and the kitchen fully stocked! We had one small issue with the master bedroom toilet not flushing, but the staff at silver dunes were very responsive and had the issue resolved the same day as we notified them about it. Great host, beautiful beach as always, and another great stay in Destin in the books. Thanks silver dunes!”

“This was our second time staying at the Silver Dunes Condominium, and once again, we had a fantastic experience. The condo was beautifully maintained, and we loved the convenient location which was just a short walk to the beach. Our unit was right by the pool, which was a great bonus. The only minor drawback was not having a washer and dryer in the unit, but it wasn’t a big issue for us. We especially appreciated the well-kept lawn and overall cleanliness of the property. Looking forward to coming back again!”

“We truly enjoyed our stay at Silver Dunes! The location of the condominium was ideal—right by the pool, just a quick and easy walk to the beach, and conveniently next to the BBQ pit. The only thing to note is that this unit isn’t very kid-friendly, especially for families with toddlers. There are several glass items, such as the décor, coffee table, and dining table. Another consideration for families is that the front door opens easily from the inside and does not have a bolt lock for added security, so keep that in mind with little ones. Despite these small concerns, we would absolutely love to come back! The property is wonderful, and the beach area is much less crowded compared to the high-rise condos nearby.”
