Siesta Key Luxury Rental Properties (SKLRP)

Siesta Key Luxury Rental Properties (SKLRP)'s guest rating of 4.76 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

Great place! Very very clean. The location is perfect. Walking distance to the beach (we went to see the sunset every night!) Kids used the pull out couch and it was honestly brand new! Super comfy!!

The place needed to be thoroughly cleaned, dead flies everywhere, There was no beach, just the small public beach that was packed w/campers and the public. If you’re expecting white soft sand at that beach you’ll be disappointed. People were fishing where we tried to swim, and a 5 ft Bull shark was caught later that day. The dock for you to swim from was blocked w/people fishing so you couldn’t access the ocean half the time. Very inconsiderate. The lack of beach was disappointing .The condo itself was nice, needs a new rug and a good cleaning. The elevator noise was annoying to hear at night. I tried to reach out to the host about the fishing situation but didn’t get a response. Checking in was easy, but it seems like a waist of a day checking in at 4 PM. So my 7 days was really 5 days. Check in should be at 10 am so you don’t lose a whole day and check out should be at 4 not the other way around. You’re only getting 5 days technically. The view was nice .

Had a pregnant woman wait until 4 to check in. We got there at 330 tried to communicate that we came early and asked to check in early they did not respond. Had to call Airbnb support to get ahold of them. Other guests there said the same thing happened to them. You had to call their unresponsive team members to get a code to open the door. I’m 5 months pregnant waiting in the heat without a response for hrs.

Some communication was clear and some was not. The house is nice but the beds are hard as a rock. There are also no nightstands or outlets next to the master bed and the bathroom shower barely drains. So we had to stand in a tub full of water to take a shower. There were also multiple electrical wires coming out of the ground with the copper exposed right next to the grill.

This was a perfect place to stay for our family of four adults, three kids, and one infant. My sister's house was a five minute walk and the beach was a three minute walk. The house was just as described and was in great shape. There were a couple of issues that left me disappointed, however. In my room, the shower in the bathroom did not have a shelf or soap dish where we could put our shower items. Also, there were no towel racks or hooks where we could hang our towels. The host, which is just a property manager, contacted me the first day we were there and asked how things were going. I told them about this issue and their reply implied the issue would be taken care of. It wasn't. Also, we had ten people for a week. Coffee filters are not provided. We got only two dishwashing tablets, two washing machine pods, two extra trash bags, and one extra roll of toilet paper per bathroom. This was certainly not enough, so we had to purchase more. Why not just provide enough for the week?

vacasa and the host cancelled my reservations 7 days before check in. the reservations were fully prepaid in September 2025 and check in was for March 14, 2026. we had 8 people who each had paid for travel and taken time off from work who had to face not having a place to stay on their vacation from New York.

It was clean, easy walk to the beach, had a pool and hot tub. It’s nice; obviously re-done recently. Downside: no soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, coffee, nothing. So they have all the appliances but no way to use them unless you go grocery shopping (which wasn’t worth it for us as we were only there 1.5 days).
