“This was a perfect place to stay for our family of four adults, three kids, and one infant. My sister's house was a five minute walk and the beach was a three minute walk. The house was just as described and was in great shape. There were a couple of issues that left me disappointed, however. In my room, the shower in the bathroom did not have a shelf or soap dish where we could put our shower items. Also, there were no towel racks or hooks where we could hang our towels. The host, which is just a property manager, contacted me the first day we were there and asked how things were going. I told them about this issue and their reply implied the issue would be taken care of. It wasn't. Also, we had ten people for a week. Coffee filters are not provided. We got only two dishwashing tablets, two washing machine pods, two extra trash bags, and one extra roll of toilet paper per bathroom. This was certainly not enough, so we had to purchase more. Why not just provide enough for the week?”

“I would book this place alone. Just because the management company is so amazing. Super quick response to any questions and very helpful advice when needed.. The proximity to the beach was wonderful and equally wonderful was the proximity to the shops and restaurants- all very short walking distance. The highlight of this rental -besides the management company –is the luxury pool area. I have never spent so much time in a pool. I have a pool at home and I live in Florida, but there was just something about the beautiful landscaping, the warm water and I liked all the sounds of the people around us- but because we were behind in a fenced area and heavily landscaped no one could see us. It felt very private without feeling isolated. I also appreciated that there were not signs all over the place with 1 million rules, just the normal rules you would expect them to have in place for anyone using your home. It helped us to feel welcomed”

“Had a wonder experience and a great stay on Siesta Key. View from our unit was fantastic! Access to the beach and within walking distance to the local restaurants. Very easy check-in, check-out process, with Crescent Arms Guest Services Team providing support the whole time. Would highly recommend.”

“This was our second stay at the Pool House, and we love it there! The location is perfect and the pool area feels like an oasis. Appreciate the chairs, beach wagon and abundance of towels, which make packing for a week at the beach a little easier. The staff is friendly and very responsive (also nice that you can just communicate via text message with them). 10/10!”

“The location of this condo is wonderful! The path to the beach is shaded and only minutes to the white sand of Siesta Key! The couches and beds are comfy, and the condo was sparkling clean. The W/D inside is a nice perk. The owners are very responsive to concerns, which I really appreciate. Our AC wasn’t working and came right away to fix it the same day so we weren’t uncomfortable for long. Plenty of dishes, towels, and cooking items. There is a keurig or regular coffee maker. You will need to bring consumable items such as: dish soap, hand soap, laundry soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, plastic wrap or aluminum foil (if you use these) and napkins. They do give you a starter pack with some things though. The grill outside is a charcoal grill. We enjoyed the pool. It was refreshing in early May. The only con is the walk to the pool from our condo was further than we anticipated, and there is no shade. The area is quiet and neighbors are respectful. Safe area as well!”

“Very nice place to stay! My family and I stayed in a separate apartment and we really enjoyed everything. The apartment was clean, spacious, and cozy, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Quiet atmosphere, convenient location, and friendly service. We felt almost like at home. We would definitely recommend this place to others!”

“vacasa and the host cancelled my reservations 7 days before check in. the reservations were fully prepaid in September 2025 and check in was for March 14, 2026. we had 8 people who each had paid for travel and taken time off from work who had to face not having a place to stay on their vacation from New York.”
