“We spent a week in June at this place. The house is thoughtfully updated and we found the area to be a peaceful place to relax and breathe the fresh mountain air. The pool in the community was a nice plus for our little one. The location is not far at all from Big Trees and relatively close to Lake Alpine and Murphys. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet mountain getaway in an updated house with pool access.”

“Our second time staying at this beautiful home and we already want to come back!! The perfect getaway with kids. Beautiful, clean house with everything you could need. We brought our baby, and the house had a high chair, pack n play, and was completely baby-proofed. Also has puzzles and games. Our favorite part of renting this house is the access to the community pool. The pool has activities for the kids and a snack shack. Can’t wait to come back next summer!!”

“Beautiful home located on the 5th tee at sequoia woods. Could not have been better. Driveway is extremely steep so wouldn’t recommend in a winter storm, but otherwise perfect!”

“Very lovely cabin; quiet and peaceful! Calaveras Big Trees State Park 5 min away with lots of cool hikes! Lake alpine a short drive away (~25 min) with more beautiful hikes, nature, and outdoors. The wood-burning fireplace is also a lot of fun! Overall, very peaceful and homey feeling but also a lot of space in the cabin. Stayed in June and were quite comfortable but would also love to stay here in the winter months!”

“We loved the cabin itself and the location was very convenient to a lot of restaurants and markets! Just some minor improvements we would’ve loved to see for a full 5 stars review. We also had a power cut the first night here but the hosts had detailed instructions for such a situation and backup generator and some torches, etc. But for the most part, lovely stay and a pretty well equipped home otherwise!”

“Beautiful home, the large living room was perfect for our three families. Toddlers had a great time running around and playing on the padded climbing blocks. The patio was wonderful with plenty of seating for everyone. We’ll definitely be making this an annual trip!”
