“This was an amazing cabin with amazing views. It was perfect for our toddler, and was already baby proof! The cabin was so comfortable and very spacious and very clean and comfortable. Location is perfect for going to all the sites. I would absolutely come back!”

“We had a wonderful stay. Very cozy and beautiful home. The sunken living room was our favorite room in the house. Beautiful hardwood floors. Comfortable beds and all together wonderful spot. Will definitely want to rent again.”

“Overall the stay was okay. The house was dirty and cluttered with excessive unnecessary things. The grills instructions were unreadable burning part of our food. The tv downstairs didn’t work and the game rooms pool tables sticks were busted up and old. Felt like the owners don’t care about upgrades or cleaning out their property.”

“This is our first AirBnB/VRBO vacation rental, so my husband and I do not have previous experiences with which to compare. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and nice accommodations at Astro’s Dogwood Cabin. It’s close to The Lube Room (1 mi.) and Calaveras Big Trees State Park (2 mi.), which was convenient for my son’s wedding. We enjoyed walking the quiet neighborhood and hanging out on the deck. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, plates, cups, etc. They could use some better pans, though. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay at the cabin.”

“We absolutely loved this house! It is family friendly and perfect for kids. We enjoyed how new and clean it is, the child locks and baby gates, and the deck. We would love to come back and stay here again and would recommend it! Each bathroom had step stools for kids and we loved the outdoor deck and how the kids could run free on the deck without any safety concerns. We went to the clubhouse one day and were pleasantly surprised by the great area: they had a play ground and two swimming pools with fun activities and swim toys. Great place to stay!”
