“We had a great stay! Enjoyed how clean and spacious it was ! Very convenient walk to the beach especially with little kids in tow. Lots of room, the elevator was so helpful and the pool was a great bonus.”

“Be aware that the description is not upfront and accurate. You will not have many of the necessary items one would expect with the price you are paying per night. The "fully equipped kitchen" did not have dish soap, sponge, dishwasher tabs, paper towels, dish towels and only 1 trash bag without any additional supplies. Some of the bathrooms had less than half full toilet paper rolls without any replacement rolls. It's a good thing the rental is close to the dollar general since you will have to buy a lot of basic necessities. We reached out to the host during our stay only to be told that details of what would not be included were in the rental agreement. So, renters beware of the fine print that is not in the AirBnB listing. That being said, the location is hard to beat and puts you very close walking distance to the beach and only a short driving distance to everything Emerald Isle has to offer. The generous sized duplex has a nice layout for a family and pets.”

“We stayed at Shore Was Fun with two families, and it was perfect for us! The setup is basically like having two houses for the price of one. There’s a door that separates the two sides, and each side can lock it at their convenience, which was perfect for our group. The location was amazing, just a 2-minute walk to the beach! The house had all the basic essentials we needed for cooking, and we loved our stay. The BEST part was the outdoor shower and water hose! The shower has both hot & cold water, which was a lifesaver after long beach days when everyone was covered in sand. This was essential! My only recommendation would be to have the furniture cleaned a little earlier before check-in. One couch was cleaned just a few hours before we arrived, so while we appreciated it being clean, the cushions were soaked for about 2 days and couldn’t be used at all. Overall, we loved Shore Was Fun and would definitely stay again! 🌊☀️”

“When we arrived there was no toilet paper, paper towels or garbage bags. Not the biggest deal in the world but we’ve never experienced that in any other place. The furniture is kind of old and beat. Not a lot of attention or care has been put into the place because they don’t really have to. One of the outside trash cans was completely filled with stagnant water. The access to the ocean was amazing and we had a great trip. The back deck was huge, but again the furniture was not great. The fenced in yard was perfect for our energetic pup. I would think twice about renting any property from this realty company.”

“It was a great place to stay. The house was amazing and beautiful. There was so much space and all the amenities listed were available. My family and I loved the house and been so close to the beach.”

“We visited with family (4 adults, 1 infant) and enjoyed our stay. The house is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with beach access. The house has everything needed for cooking and ample space, we were very comfortable. Having washer/dryer available was also helpful for our week-long stay. The wifi available was on the slow/spotty side, good enough for a vacation stay but not ideal for someone trying to work remotely/take video calls.”

“Great stay! If you aren’t used to climbing steps, be prepared for a good leg workout! Plenty of space. Stayed during July 4th and could see fireworks from all directions. Restaurants, ice cream, shoppes, mini golf all a short drive away. Master suite was very large and nice. Pet friendly is a huge pro for us. Will deff be back!”

“Comfortable, clean place, nice elevator, modern, nice bathrooms and beds, full kitchen nice space to have guests. Sofas in living room uncomfortable, sag a lot. Kitchen missing some needed items for preparing meals. Nice outdoor grill, but too dirty. Nice large hot tub. Good parking and easy access. Free of clutter too. Good lighting, ceiling fans, upstairs cool and well ventilated. Kid friendly. Nice that it’s pet friendly. Beds comfortable and clean. Showers need shower mats and/or safety rails (to prevent falls). Very spacious walk in closet in one bedroom,”
