“Upon arrival the house beautiful and clean. We did notice some ants but nothing outrageous. We were 5 families and had enough space for all of us. On the second and third day the ants got worse and worse as it got so bad we had a couple families leave. Shore vacation was very easy to deal with through our stay, but once we checked out there whole attitude changed and were extremely rude. They offered a 6 percent refund and then came up with “there were damages in the house”. Asked to talk to a manager and they said decision is final and dismissed me. Another note is we made sure we cleaned throughout our stay and never had any food anywhere else but the kitchen.”

“Close to downtown South Haven & very peaceful. Super dog friendly. Had a nice time! 15-20 minute walk to the beach.”

“We loved our stay here! We could walk to the park and blue stairs that lead to the beach. The neighborhood was super quiet and the pool was great. There’s a walk in g path that my husband used every morning. Awesome location. The house was super clean and cozy. We loved the fireplace for night time.”

“Overall a nice stay. The screened-in patio was a real highlight, and the place has most of what you’d want from a vacation home. That said, it felt a bit expensive for what it was, and we were charged extra for a crib and high chair rather than having them included. It also wasn’t especially toddler-proofed, so families with little ones should plan accordingly.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Broadway Condo. The beds, furniture, kitchen and location were all great. South Haven was a great place to visit. The only disappointment we had was the internet speed in the condo, which was Very slow. I immediately communicated with Shores Vacation Rentals about it but they said there was nothing they could do. We wanted to watch the World Cup and the internet streaming buffering was sooo bad that the game had been over for nearly an hour before the end of the game was shown on the condo television. Most of our party went to a local bar out of frustration to see the game in real time. That is our only complaint.”

“The location is genuinely a highlight. It's a short, easy walk to the beach and close enough to downtown that we barely needed the car once we settled in. Great spot for a family trip with kids. One thing I want other renters to know ahead of time: there's a strong cigarette smell throughout the house that hits you the moment you walk in. It seemed embedded in the walls rather than a one-time thing. You do get used to it over the course of the stay, but we did laundry before checking out and it still came home smelling like smoke, so I ended up rewashing everything once we got back. Worth knowing before you book, especially if anyone in your group is sensitive to smoke. Aside from that, the location made it easy to enjoy our trip, and we had a nice time overall.”

“This house is perfectly located for a quiet getaway with easy access to the beach and lake. The beds are a bit lumpy, but overall the house is in nice shape and a nice quiet neighborhood. biggest complaint is that they didn't provide body wash or shampoo, leading to a last minute grocery scramble”

“Great place to stay, just took over 12 hours to reply. I recommend calling their number to get responses. The keurig was broken and I called and they had a new dropped off within the hour which was appreciated! Thank you!”
