“The condo was beautiful!! We are older and having the elevator, and not having to worry about the steps was so helpful. Being able to walk out to the pool and hot tub area was so nice as well. We would definitely stay here again!”

“The house was as described & the area was peaceful and beautiful, but we ran into a few issues. The code for the door didn’t work & there was no phone number left to call in case of emergency/trouble. The owner was not responding to our messages. The only offices we could find were closed & the number on the door was for the condos, not the treetop houses. We finally got the number for the realty company the host works for & they got us in, but this all took 45 minutes. The WiFi wouldn’t work for hours and the host took an hour and a half to respond to this issue as well. We couldn’t find the indoor pool/sauna, but didn’t even bother messaging about that because we were already dressed and in the car looking for it, so we didn’t have an hour or two to wait for a response. We settled for one of the outdoor pools & it was beautiful and relaxing. Overall, it was a nice stay, but would’ve been MUCH better with better communication and directions, & a phone number for emergencies.”

“The condo is in a great location with a nice view, is relatively easy to find and access and the kitchen is well equipped. Other than a few minor cleaning and maintenance issues (burned out lightbulbs, dead batteries, sticky tables), this is a good value for the money.”

“Suggest your cleaning crew use less toxic cleaning solutions. The fumes were unbearable. The windows had to be open the entire time during a rainy, chilly period. The smoke detector went off during the nights for two nights. Made for an uncomfortable stay.”

“Upon arrival the house beautiful and clean. We did notice some ants but nothing outrageous. We were 5 families and had enough space for all of us. On the second and third day the ants got worse and worse as it got so bad we had a couple families leave. Shore vacation was very easy to deal with through our stay, but once we checked out there whole attitude changed and were extremely rude. They offered a 6 percent refund and then came up with “there were damages in the house”. Asked to talk to a manager and they said decision is final and dismissed me. Another note is we made sure we cleaned throughout our stay and never had any food anywhere else but the kitchen.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Broadway Condo. The beds, furniture, kitchen and location were all great. South Haven was a great place to visit. The only disappointment we had was the internet speed in the condo, which was Very slow. I immediately communicated with Shores Vacation Rentals about it but they said there was nothing they could do. We wanted to watch the World Cup and the internet streaming buffering was sooo bad that the game had been over for nearly an hour before the end of the game was shown on the condo television. Most of our party went to a local bar out of frustration to see the game in real time. That is our only complaint.”

“This house is perfectly located for a quiet getaway with easy access to the beach and lake. The beds are a bit lumpy, but overall the house is in nice shape and a nice quiet neighborhood. biggest complaint is that they didn't provide body wash or shampoo, leading to a last minute grocery scramble”

“Great place to stay, just took over 12 hours to reply. I recommend calling their number to get responses. The keurig was broken and I called and they had a new dropped off within the hour which was appreciated! Thank you!”
