4.39Visit website
Shoreline Properties's guest rating of 4.39 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“Great location! We enjoyed the views of the bay and ocean from our balcony!”airbnb

“Close to the beach great location near restaurants! It was quaint and enough space for me and my family. However there was broken furniture left on the balcony restricting us from fully using it. And since there were no pool passes provided as per the description we didn’t have much water time. We would have appreciated a little more detailed and transparency in the description of the property but overall it was a great stay for our annual family beach vacation.”airbnb

“Place was nice and updated. Door is faulty and customer service is not the best to deal with.”airbnb

“The kitchen was updated and looked nice, but the rest of the unit did not match the "renovated/updated" description in the listing. The biggest issue was the A/C. The bedroom stayed comfortable, but the living room, kitchen, and bathroom remained warm throughout our stay, making it difficult to spend time anywhere except the bedroom. The bathroom also had an unfinished ceiling with an opening visible from the bedroom closet and no ventilation, which made it uncomfortable to use. In addition, the sliding balcony door was very difficult to open. After our stay, I reached out to the host respectfully and in good faith, hoping we could come to a reasonable resolution. Unfortunately, I did not feel the response adequately addressed the condition of the property or my concerns, so I had to involve Airbnb to help resolve the situation. I believe the listing should more accurately reflect the property's current condition so future guests know what to expect.”airbnb

“Place is ok. Not great. It was cleaned, but definitely not the cleanest. I wish I would have brought my own kitchen items. The place is small, but location is great. Balcony is nice. Overall did my family have a good vacation? Yes, absolutely. Would we stay here again? Probably not.”airbnb

“The condo itself is amazing. It was perfectly clean and the location couldn’t be any better. There’s plenty of parking and super easy direct beach access. It has central AC and the room is well maintained. Unfortunately, Shoreline Properties deserves one star. The one star is for the younger lady who was super helpful and friendly the second time we called because we couldn’t get it, otherwise they would deserve zero. First, they make you come to the office 6 streets away to get a parking pass and a door code. Why they can’t just email the code like every other AirBnB I don’t understand. The door code didn’t work and we had to call to get let in. The first employee was rude and blamed us for putting it in wrong too many times, when they actually gave us the wrong code. There’s an elevator but you need a key and when I asked her about it, she said if we don’t have a key it means we can’t use it. I won’t book with Shoreline ever again, and it’s a shame because we liked the Condo.”airbnb

“Our July 2–5 stay started with no running water in the unit. I contacted Shoreline Properties around 4:45 p.m., and while a maintenance technician arrived within 20 minutes, he only repeated the troubleshooting my husband had already done. After speaking with the homeowner, we learned there was a third underground shut-off valve that finally restored the water. The homeowner was helpful and seemed genuinely surprised by the issue. Unfortunately, the unit also appeared not to have been properly cleaned (can share photos), which I reported to both the technician and the homeowner. It makes me question how the unit could have been cleaned if there was no water. While the homeowner cared about resolving the problems, Shoreline Properties' maintenance and cleaning processes clearly fell short. I would not recommend this unit unless those issues are addressed.”airbnb

“This was a beautiful condo and my only true complaint about the condo itself is that there is a large hanging shell wall decor piece that sits in front of the air vent and makes a wind chime noice 24/7. I can imagine this would be a massive headache for someone sensitive to that sort of thing. My bigger gripes come from the rental company. The biggest issue was arriving to a condo that hadn't been clean. They was very quick to send after hours cleaners who were lovely but still an unfortunate start. Can also confirm because of this that none of the comforters/blankets get washed. We had a dishwasher full of the last tenants dishes and no dishwasher pods despite the host telling me they were supposed to be in the linen bag (they weren't). Also the condo had probably 30 pillows (I'm not kidding) and the linens come with NINE pillow cases. Not a fan of the "self service" style of this condo which I do not think is advertised well. 1 roll of paper towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper.”airbnb

“The beginning of the trip was really frustrating as Shoreline did not allow any of the other 4 guests to check in despite me calling and checking ahead of time that they could as I would be getting in very late. They called me the day of to tell me that they would not allow it. We are all over 25 which was their concern but they told me I had to be in person to pick up the keys. When I did arrive they had the keys in a lock box and didnt require any verification. It was frustrating that they put me and the other guests through that stress when there actually wasnt a verfication process in the end. The property itself was very nice, there is a bathroom that has a paneless window into the kitchen where you can hear every noise that was something we were concerned about. It is also important to note that we were asked to make the beds when we left giving the illusion that the comforters are not washed in between guests. We enjoyed our vacation and will return to OCMD.”airbnb

“Great house and location! Rooms were spacious. Heads up on having to make all the beds upon arrival and then take all the sheets off at check out. Sheets and towels are in plastic bags at the door. Takes a lot of time that I wasn’t expecting. Also, no hand soap, toilet paper, anything like that. Otherwise, great house. We’d rent again for sure.”airbnb
