“My 1.5 year old granddaughter and I stayed at Lawrence’s place while enjoying a weekend at the beach. The location is perfect. Close to everything but also far enough away that you have quiet when you want it. As described by the owner, parking is a little different. You park next to the porch of the unit that is in front. I mention this because I missed the sign labeling the parking spot for 9C and drove by the house at first. I had to turn around at the end of the dead end road and it was VERY tight for my large SUV. An unhappy neighbor came out to I think at first yell at me, then felt bad and helped me lol The place itself was great with a toddler. Nothing I had to worry about keeping her out of and a huge shower which she loved. Lawrence was very responsive and might even reside close by. I always like staying at Airbnbs where the owner is hands on and has a care factor. Definitely would stay again!”
