“If you’re looking for a comfortable house with a great location and amenities this is the house. We had a fantastic time here, loved the location - the beach is a 2min walk with a private entrance. We also had use of the community pool which was basically in the backyard. It was never crowded and nice to jump in after a day at the beach. My granddaughters enjoyed the game room and we all relaxed in the family room to watch TV. We enjoyed our stay so much, we’ll definitely be back. Also, Liat & David are great hosts, very friendly & responsive.”

“The house description was accurate with plenty of beds. We did find the mattresses to be unimpressive with inexpensive memory foam with little to no support. Maybe ok for young back, but we were a house of mostly adults who woke up sore most mornings. We also found dead bugs in the window sills, the blinds were dusty, the showers were in need of attention with moldy or missing caulk and shower doors that didn’t close completely. The counter ice maker was full of mold that had to be dealt with before it could be used. There were gouges in the walls where other guests had obviously not treated the house kindly, however, it should have been repaired before we arrived. We did enjoy our stay and the house was very convenient with excellent access to the beach. The beach wagon definitely needs replaced but we appreciated the chairs. Overall, it was an ok place. Several of us agreed that we could have had an equally if not better stay at a nice hotel for less money.”

“Our stay was great the amenities matched the listing. There was plenty of space in the home for all of us. The host was great at communicating everything with us which made our check in and check out process a breeze.”

“I had a great 43rd birthday at Liat and David’s lovely house. The open floor plan was great for my small group with 2 small children that we could see at all times, but would be really nice for a larger family or group of friends. Ample space to sit, eat, watch tv, play games, etc, all while having views of the pool, hot tub, and canal. We don’t play video games, but they have a gaming area, which is also a nice sitting area. The beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, plus a double wine fridge. Proximity to Flagler Beach wasn’t bad, a 22 minute drive, with no toll fee. They were also very pleasant and responsive. I’ll definitely keep their house in mind the next time I’m planning a trip to the area.”
