“We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful beachfront home on Anna Maria Island. We spent a wonderful time with our family, and it exceeded all of our expectations. The house was spotless, very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. The location is incredible, right in front of the ocean with breathtaking views. The host was outstanding—friendly, responsive, and always available to help with anything we needed. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again. “We loved our stay here! The home is very nice and they provided us with a crib (including an enewton mattress), high chair, and stroller for our little ones. The host is very responsive and worked to solve any issues we had. Be informed that car seats are required on the golf carts. We didn’t know this and had two little ones with us, so it just changed our plans a bit. Overall, we had a lovely time!”

“this spot had a good price considering we were across the street from the beach and other rentals nearby were much pricier. we used the golf cart for transportation, which was handy. but there were also lots of bikes. pool was great. snacks and sangria were provided. lots of towels. we preferred the downstairs bed but upstairs had a great primary bathroom. there were many beds to choose from. and so many patios which was relaxing. I wish there was another paddleboard since the 2 kayaks were dirty or bring your own. I recommend buying/requesting groceries ahead (not a fan of finding food around the island). i wish there were more curtains in the living room, it's not very private downstairs. we had an issue with getting in but the rental company is responsive. I recommend this rental”

“We loved this house!! This house and amenities were top notch! We come to AMI every year and this was the first time we stayed on the bay side. Due to flights we needed a house for 2 days prior to our main house. So we decided to try the bay side. The sunrises were to die for! Water was literally a few steps from the porch! Shells and sand dollars were x10 compared to the beach side. We were blown away! Couch and beds were best we’ve had!! We loved being so close to Pine Ave, we could walk to restaurants, ice cream, shopping! Thank you for being an exceptional host!”

“My family and I had a wonderful time visiting AMI and staying in this lovely home. It was very clean and comfortable. The home really blew our expectations away, and we all slept so great on the comfy mattresses. Our kids loved playing in the bay, it was very shallow and calm and we all loved wading out and just sitting there in the soft sand and enjoying each other’s company. We also loved the pool area and spent so much time out there as well. The pool was perfect for our kids and it was easy to keep an eye on everyone. I asked the host so many questions before checking in, and they were always so kind and gracious and answered me back quickly. They also made sure the baby items were set up and ready for the baby, and allowed us to check in early after paying a small fee. We will definitely try to stay here again if we visit AMI in the future!”
