“Super cute cabin! The location is so peaceful and perfect for the NP and so nice to spend time outside while listening to the birds and river. The river is not visible from the cabin in the fall but you can walk over to it. If you’re a very light sleeper or very sensitive to mold, I would not recommend this cabin, unfortunately. I am both but sleeping was a bit harder for me for sure due to the light coming through the curtains and the falling nuts(?) that come from a tree in the back and bang on the tin porch roof. Bed was so comfy tho! I did mention the black mold in the bathroom to the host immediately and they did have most of it removed the next day so I was very thankful. You will have some critters join you due to gaps in the front and back doors. Several shower spiders, we had a little scorpion (cute tiny thing), a beetle and some moths. But you are in the woods right near the park so it’s to be expected. Parking spot and checking in/out was a breeze! What a nice area!l”airbnb

“We had a nice stay and really enjoyed our time in Three Rivers! Excellent location and we loved the river view. Having dinner riverside was a highlight, and we had a great time playing table tennis and air hockey. The host did a good job of updating us Our one criticism is the presence of *many* spiders and cobwebs which should be addressed. Encountering the occasional spider is inevitable. However, we had to kill several during our stay. Taking a closer look at the ceilings above the beds and some of the walls, we noticed a considerable number of cobwebs and dead spiders, some of which appeared to have been there for quite some time. This was particularly upsetting in a sleeping area. Areas within easy reach had been cleaned thoroughly, but higher spots and harder-to-reach corners could use some attention. An extendable duster would make a big difference This was our only issue in an otherwise clean cabin, and we mention it in the hope it can be easily remedied for future guests.”airbnb

“We enjoyed our stay! The location was great, and we especially loved having the water right outside the home—it made the stay feel peaceful and relaxing. The home was clean on the surface, although it could benefit from a deeper clean in some areas. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!”airbnb

“My family had a wonderful break at this location. It is a tranquil place to relax. The house is fully-equipped and located very near the entrance to the Sequoia National Park. It was a great time!”airbnb

“Only 10 minutes from Sequoia National Park entrance! Lots of places to eat nearby and it was beautiful in the area. The bed is very very firm. As mentioned in previous reviews the curtains are sheer and let a lot of light in from the gas station behind and the bar next door. I could easily walk around without turning on a light. There are no blinds or curtains on the front doors. Twice the neighbors walked by and saw me in my jammies. The loveseat does not recline. Kitchen had everything we needed. There is a washer and dryer and they include detergent which was very nice. To lock the door the inside latch needs to horizontal. I spent quite awhile trying to lock it from the outside. Side note-the The market behind the house is pretty pricey. One small bag of groceries was $60. I know it's not part of the house but since it's convenient just thought I would mention it for anyone budgeting. The Sinclair gas station a couple miles away had the cheapest gas prices while we were in town.”airbnb

“Nice location, walking distance within a store/restaurant. Very close to Sequoia Park which is what we wanted.”airbnb

“no functioning dishwasher, salty water is more than a nuisance - not potable and customers need to be told they must bring any water for cooking, making coffee or drinking. Sink has only hot water.”airbnb

“A near perfect stay outside of Sequoia. Close to the park entrance, super cute and charming, and extremely peaceful at night and in the mornings. There are a few things I wish were better, but overall - it’s very small nitpicks in the grand scheme of things”airbnb

“The location was a mixed package, both on the road and on the river. Beautiful, convenient and a bit noisy. The amenities were great. Bedroom and bathroom upstairs were a bit of a challenge. Nice and clean. Coffee and snacks!”airbnb

“Location and view of mountains, with horses just outside, are great. Upstairs “apartment” was nicely put together. But water had an unpleasant smell. Host asked us to bring drinking water because house water isn’t filtered, but I didn’t love bathing in it. Speaking of which, the tub, which is great, also has a shower head but no curtain. And host asked us to mop any splashes on the floor because it would leak to living room. Seems unfair to place that burden on the guest. Finally, flooring downstairs has a 1/4” (at least) height difference near the stairs. I tripped on it twice and my wife stubbed her toe. This should be addressed.”airbnb
