“The place was in a great location. It was conveniently located easy to get to everything you need or want to do. That being said when we got there the toilet was broken, but Jay was great and sent a Handyman out within the hour. Later that evening we got into our bed and it felt almost sandy. I was a little confused but thankfully there was a washer and dryer in the unit so we were able to wash the bedding just to ensure that it was clean. After we washed it, we did notice that the sheets were like peeling. Which very much could’ve been why they felt like they were Sandy. Overall, Jay was very responsive and very attentive to anything that needed to be handled. I didn’t reach out on regards to the sheets feeling Sandy. But we loved that it was very centrally located. And extremely close to Coronado.”airbnb

“Place was very clean, they have a great cleaning staff. It is run very much like a hotel with no check in desk. There was some communication hiccups, asked for an early check in or drop off and I didn’t get a response. Most messages are an automatic system. They did have a hotline number to call when my code for the door didn’t work. Biggest gripe is the parking situation. They have a few spots you can request to reserve for yourself for an extra fee but none were available when I asked. Parking outside that is abysmal. Everywhere is a tow away or paid parking. I shilled out an extra $80 just in parking alone.”airbnb

“Host did not mention that a homeless encampment was literally outside of the entrance to the property. Homeless men and women doing drugs and shooting up god knows what which was unsafe for myself aswell as my guest. The host then added that homeless people *can be present* outside the property after I sent pictures of the situation. Was told I would be given a refund and 8 days later I still have not yet been issued one.”airbnb

“I had a very unfortunate instance at this location. In the middle of the night on my first night, a stranger entered the air Bnb using the keypad. When I was woken up ,the person muttered something and quickly walked away. i immediately reported the incident to the host and Airbnb. I’ve asked several times for an explanation of how this security violation happened and they refuse to provide a rationale.”airbnb
