“We stayed for the Echoes in the Canyon Gorge shows. Price I’m sure reflects that. It’s about 40 minutes to the Gorge. Beautiful views. Well equipped and has restaurant and market nearby. I’ll recommend the king/master room bed be updated to the property management. Other than that could highly recommend.”

“Beautiful home. Very comfortable and clean. The views are outstanding. We loved the little Crescent Bar area. We stayed May 27-June 1. Some of the businesses either weren't open or had weird hours, I guess because it isn't peak season. The bedroom downstairs bathroom door handle was broken and I let the host know so that he was aware. Not a big deal at all. The rest of the unit was perfect. We specifically rented this because of its closeness to The Gorge. However I could see coming here to just stay in this lovely unit and cute little vacation community. When people are upstairs you can hear it in the main bedroom downstairs, not a big deal unless you are a light sleeper.”

“Overall not bad, but not worth the price. The unit needs a good deep clean the vent fan and heater in the bathroom really need dusting and the shower curtain has a decent amount of buildup. Nothing major was wrong but we definitely found some dusty areas. I was not a fan of the layout of the condos. Theres a central grass courtyard that you must go through to access the unit. Its also all fenced. Night one we checked in late (and after dark) so we weren’t sure which entry to use right away once we started walking through the grass we came uncomfortably close to getting caught by the sprinklers. There was also some noisy neighbors which was to be expected when booking a condo. Also someone did some weed and the smell permeated into our unit but it aired out quickly.”

“Place was nice and updated with modern amenities. Only disappointment was lack of a traditional coffee pot.”

“Upon arrival, the original unit had a burst water heater and a flooded garage. The property management came out and began moving us to other units. Over the next 2 hours, we cycled through 4 different houses. Each one was unclean and unusable. At one point, management guaranteed a unit was clean. It was not. It had personal products in the bathroom, food in the fridge and towels on the floor. By 12:30 AM, we were forced to accept a downgraded unit. The property management’s attitude throughout made this worse. They repeatedly told us they were “doing us a favor” by finding alternate housing, and that their standard policy would be to simply cancel our booking and leave us to figure it out. This was our first visit to the gorge. We lost an entire evening due to issues that were entirely on the host’s side. They also said they don’t track which units are clean and that owners sometimes allow personal guests to use the property without notice.”

“Lovely stay and beautiful scenery; Bonus being right next to the pool! Minor issues from hosts including no hot water and some slight differences from the listing - but host was friendly and communicative.”
