“Cute little cottage on main street of Cayucos. Beach access is a straight walk from cottage so that was nice. Nicely stocked kitchen. No yard so I couldn’t let my dogs off leash and it was a busy street. Could upgrade some things and provide an iron and ironing board. Washer and dryer easy to access. Shower was ok for my family we are short but it it quite small. Overall was a good fit for us as my husband was doing work nearby.”

“We've stayed in Cayucos several times over the years, and this home was one of our favorites. We loved the location and the beautiful ocean views from multiple areas throughout the house. When we arrived, everything was exceptionally clean, and the home had all the amenities we needed for our nearly week-long stay. It's hard to ask for much more than falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean waves. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and if we make our way back to Cayucos, we will definitely try to stay in this home again!”

“We really enjoyed our stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring the Central Coast. The beach town is lovely, and the people are incredibly sweet. We especially loved the Hidden Kitchen—what a gem! Having Good Clean Fun Surf and Sport nearby was an added bonus, as their customer service was amazing and knowledgeable. “We had a family reunion here and the place was perfect. Several sitting places inside and out with ocean views. Well appointed and thoughtful features. Highly recommended!”

“Overall the experience was nice, place was clean and had a nice view of the ocean. I only didnt like that i had to drive to an office to pickup/drop off keys.”

“We enjoyed our stay overall, especially because the hosts kindly allowed us to bring our elderly cat even though pets are normally not allowed. We really appreciated that accommodation. The appliances also seemed new and updated, which was great. That said, there were several issues that kept this from being more than a 3 star stay for us. A lot of the dishes, cookware, and furniture felt very outdated, like they were from the late nineties or early two thousands. We also had to wash every dish we wanted to use because they were dirty when we arrived. Another downside was that no body soap, shampoo, or conditioner were provided. I personally think basic amenities like these should be included since Airbnbs are often an alternative to hotels or bed and breakfasts. Lastly, the grill was covered in rust and did not feel safe to use even though it was advertised as ready to use. Overall we had a good stay, but the issues above made this feel more like a 3 star experience.”

“No basic toiletries were provided (toilet paper, tissues, or shower soap). The host left a note indicating that these items were to be supplied by the previous guest, which is not appropriate. There was no toilet paper when we arrived. Everything else was great. The location is excellent, with the beach and restaurants within easy walking distance. The kitchen had supplies for preparing simple meals.”
