“For starters I brought under the maximum amount of guest he accepted it then the day before charged me extra fees. After consulting with air b n b he still did not listen to them and remove the payment which resulted in them having to pay me back after the trip. In one room at arrival there was chips under bed. Excessive rules everywhere. In the masterbed room under the quilt there were AirPods between the sheets. He did not properly communicate and was very short in conversation. Other than that great house great area. No complaints with anything eles.”

“We are considering legal action to receive a refund. We had to leave and go to a hotel due to spiders in the beds. We have pictures and emails that show we were sent to a location we did not originally agree too. If this is how Air BNB operates we will be contacting the Attorney General’s office to file a complaint if we due not received some type of settlement.”

“The primary issue was host's behavior. Downstairs floor was dirty making everyone's feet black. We had to wipe our feet with baby wipes before getting in bed or putting on shoes. When I wrote to the host, host got very defensive and stated at one point that (s)he was defending their daily work and their team. (s)he also accused me of telling him of the dirty floor "two days into my stay". Our reservation started on a Thursday and we checked-in around 10:30pm at night and I wrote him about the dirty floor on next day (Friday) at around 2pm. How's this two days into my stay?!? Our checkout day was Monday and we realized that there were differing instructions regarding towels on Airbnb vs. what was printed on a board inside the house. I simply apprised host of the differing instructions and mentioned to host which instruction we were going with. Host wrote back saying, "thank you for pointing out all my mistakes throughout your stay. Have a great life". Host has extremely bad attitude.”

“See you in Orlando First I want to say.. you owe me an apology… as you message me & said I left your air bnb with a dirty feminist item on the sink… while I couldn’t see the image & I told you I couldn’t see the image I apologize numerous of times… I also told you my parents that was 60 & older stayed in that bedroom & neither was on their cycle… so yes I apologize numerous of times & took the blame for it since I booked the air bnb! Next i finally got the chance to see the image & it WAS NOT at the location I stayed at… not once did you apologize for how you sent all them unacceptable messages all while I was trying to apologize for something THAT WAS NOT AT THE LOCATION I stayed at… you hurt my feelings & my parents as well! We made sure we took all the trash out & didn’t leave much for the cleaners to do! It deeply saddens me that you tried to charge a $100 for something we didn’t do! I appreciate the chance you gave us but I definitely will not destroy your character..”
