“Sedona is beautiful! Place was nice, but further away from Sedona than I thought it would be. Every night we dealt with beeping smoke alarms. Because we weren’t sure which one it was, they never changed them. We reported them every morning. I feel they should have replaced all of the batteries to be sure they got the right one without expecting us to figure it out. They told us things like: Are you sure it’s not the dog’s alarm next door. Be sure the refrigerator and dishwasher doors are shut. The man who came out checked the gas alarm because it is on the floor level. He never brought a ladder in to check the five smoke alarms. The instructions need to be updated. They say the remote controls operate the fans. We tried and tried, finally finding out that the controls don’t work on the fans. We couldn’t reach the chains on the fans, so we couldn’t turn them off and on. Not happy guests!”

“Nightmare! AC DIDNT WORK! We contacted the host who didn’t seem to care about the AC not working. We finally called the host, and it seemed like it was a natural problem that the AC wasn’t working. as soon as you walk in the door you can smell the musty home. There was Broken bed frames with screws sticking out of the bed frame! Floors, blinds, countertops were dusty, you can feel the sand and what not on the floors. Stained couches, pillows, carpets, stained bedsheets. Towels were old and rough to the skin (yuck). There was actual nail clippings in one of the beds which proves the bedding wasn’t changed. The house was cluttered with so much items. Outdoor space: there is plenty of broken/ sunbaked furniture. Definitely a dated house and definitely needs better maintenance/ attention. Two neighbors stopped by who kept asking us why we were here, we told them they were Airbnb guests. Stated they didn’t know it was an Airbnb and were nosey. I do have photo evidence of everything stated.”
