“Such an amazing home! Kai responded quickly to questions and helped us prepare. Easy dock parking for your boat. Amazing views. Watched a family of moose cross the river every morning. Spacious and well landscaped. Pleasantly surprised by the movie theater, good for kids to wind down. We had 5 couples and 4kids and everyone enjoyed their stay. We will be back!”

“Kai was available for questions before, during, and after our stay. The house was exactly what we needed, and no extra clutter, so we didn't need to tell our kids to stop touching things. All the appliances were new and worked well. We came for summer fun, so we were close to a lot of family friendly destinations. Sander's Beach, McEuen Park, Tubb's Hill, Jimmy's down the street for breakfast, Roger's for burgers and huckleberry shakes were all close and easy and helped us maximize our family fun time. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful. Our children slept very well. We were there during a heat wave, and you do need to pull out the provided fans to circulate the cool air, since the AC is only in the main room. They left it on for us so it was nice and cool when we arrived. Also another reveiw stated there were beach towels, but no, there are a lot of fluffy bath towels, but you should bring your own beach towels.”

“Kai was extremely responsive when we couldn’t find extra blankets. We enjoyed our stay and the place was very convenient as it was walkable to downtown Coeur d’Alene and the beach park.”

“The house was lovely, open, comfortable and in the trees yet right on the water. The access to the private dock and water toys was awesome and there’s a little park to paddle to right across the river which was perfect for the kids. We highly recommend the house and would stay again. The hosts were very responsive and fixed a small leak right away.”

“We had a lovely stay. The cottage was exactly as described and the location was walkable to many shops and restaurants. Kai (host) was very responsive and accommodating. We had driven up from Boise and planned to pick up my mom from Spokane Airport, only to find out her flight was several hours delayed. After contacting Kai he allowed us to check-in 3 hours early at no extra cost, and confirmed the cleaning crew would work to get the cottage ready for us. Excellent customer service. As a small token of appreciation we left a tip for the cleaning crew. Thank you so very much!”
