“Great place to stay! It is at the end of the resort which for us was perfect! Quiet, calm and very clean. The only issue is for non-US visitors - make sure you get your check in instructions prior - they send it only to the US numbers as a text message - we had a hard time getting it after office working hours.”

“The view is beautiful but the property is not as up to date as it looks in the pictures. There were stains and hair on the bed sheets and blankets. The guest bathroom shower was unusable as it flooded when the water is turned on. We were there five nights and the shower never got repaired even though they stated maintenance came to fix the issue. Overall, it's a beautiful view but just know that you might only have one bathroom and will need to wash bedding.”

“I wish I would’ve got the check in info sooner, I was a bit worried. Check in isn’t till 5 which I feel is a little late. The view was perfect and the room was exactly as listed. It is more family oriented. Overall I would book again.”

“Place is great, just like the pictures, the resort has everything you need and the location related to beaches restaurants and more is perfect. Make sure you know everything before getting there because the host is not responsive at all”

“Overall, we enjoyed the location and some aspects of the stay, but the unit itself was disappointing. The positives were that the unit was tucked away in the back, making it very quiet and peaceful. Being located in Seascape was also a plus, as we enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and the pool area. Unfortunately, the unit is in need of updates and better maintenance. We experienced bugs coming up through the drain in the back bathroom after showers and stopped using that bathroom after the second night because of it. There were also no extra sheets or blankets provided, which would have been helpful during our stay. Another issue was the sprinkler system. The sprinklers sprayed water everywhere, making it difficult to walk to and from the unit without getting soaked when they were running. It may be worth looking into a different watering solution. Communication was also slower than expected, as responses were not very prompt when we reached out.”

“Stay was ok, wouldn't book again! The stove didn't work properly, even after maintenance came to check it. They had to come back because it wouldn't cut off! The bedroom tv had no sound, neither were fixed during the stay. We bought food upon arrival and couldn't cook so that was money wasted. Had to travel back home with food, which some of it got ruined. There was a terrible smell of mold, mildew, or an animal when you walk in! Chairs in kitchen area need to be thrown away, they were peeling badly! Baking pans were rusted. Upon check out I called the office and explained the issues I had, was told I needed to contact the manager, left him a message, but no call back! The only positive thing was the bedrooms and beds were clean and comfortable!”

“The condo was amazing really felt like you were staying in luxury. Pros : -The 3 and half bathrooms made it easy for our family of 8. -Beds were super comfy, condo provided towels, dish soap, detergent, trash bags, dishes. -Location near plenty of restaurants, pharmacy, grocery, car wash etc Cons: -check-in was at 5pm I was not given any info including the pool codes till 4:30pm the property does have a great pool area I would of loved to kill time waiting for check in time. - no shuttle service to beach which would of been great since property is not far from beach but due to construction making it difficult to enjoy the walk.”

“Clean and comfortable yet NOT directly led to beach and chairs not included as description and pictures lead to believe. Recommend request top floor of complex to avoid all day ceiling noise from room above. Much landscaping with heavy equipment happened from early morning through afternoon at times blocked traffic flow. Bedroom window blind had a bright light frame through night hours thus no way to black out room. Family enjoyed pool and local surroundings! Coffee shops and food choices (sushi/sashimi) were spectacular!”

“Seascape the Grove felt brand new. The pool and grill amenities are top of the line. The property is well manicured. I like that the property is secure, security at the gates were incredibly friendly. The linens and furniture are great quality. The primary room is near the parking lot so it can be a little noisy at times. I would also recommend providing beach towels. I also think the check in should be before 5pm, we paid $126 for a 1:00 check in and couldn’t access our room until 3:00, we had a car full of groceries. The beach was too far to walk for our small kids but ample parking to get closer to the beach.”

“It’s a great location. The call team was responsive. They need a better way to have a lost and found because my son lost his identification and we had a hard time getting assistance in that area. There’s no clear place or person to turn in items for a place to go and claim an items. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay. ❤️”
