Seanik Vacation Rentals

“This place was cozy, had everything we needed. The host messaged us a few days ahead with instructions to print out. Good thing we followed the instructions! There is no reception in the area, so early instructions are imperative. You can walk across the street to a magical area of the coast!”

“Absolutely worth it! From inside the house to the outer surroundings it was a beautiful. A home away from home. Quite the Place! Comfortable and Serene, would definitely book again in the future. Thanks for everything!! We really enjoyed this home and all the offerings.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Nikki’s beach house in Yachats. The house is spacious and fit the needs of our stay. We found it clean and well stocked with all the things we needed for our stay.”

“Nikki’s place was a perfect stop over for us and our fur babies on our way to the coast. We were there just two nights, would love to stay longer another time. We felt immediately comfortable and at home and Nikki was so easy to communicate with.”

“It was a perfect place for our yearly 3 couple get away. It was so accommodating and then we had that fabulous setting. So easy to visit up and down the coast with this as our base. Having the beach so accessible was wonderful. Voted our best vacation stay spot. Everyone wants to come back again. The house was equipped with everything we needed and more. We did not have to reach out to our host for help. Thank you for your great attention to detail. It was easy to pack up and clean to leave. Every place we walked or drove to from Florence to Lincoln, we had great service, interesting places to visit and friendly.”

“This was a comfortable, spacious, and well located one story home to stay in for a spectacular weekend in Yachats. We had lots of comfortable places to sit, including an outside porch. It was also an easy walk to town and to the ocean. We were particularly grateful that the premises had a CD player - pretty unusual, but we had brought old family videos to view. The management company promptly dropped off an HDMI cord, which was very helpful!”

“I loved our stay @ Nikki’s place💝! I hope to have the opportunity in the future to fall in love with it all over again. The creek elevated the delight this Airbnb has to offer. The close proximity to the beach as well. This charming cabin is delightfully outfitted quite well with all kinds of thoughtful touches as well as stellar basics. It is also much roomier that I expected! Thank you so much, Nikki💐💕💐!”

“This home was as described, just steps from the beach. It is likely one of the oldest residences on that beautiful stretch of beach, chosen for its view and quick ocean access. Sunsets were beautiful, kitchen was well stocked, and management was very responsive. It is a bit damp in the bedrooms so use the de-humidifiers provided and you will be more comfortable.”

“Nikki's place was absolutely wonderful! It was pristine from the moment we walked in, and so comfortable and cozy that we felt at home right away. She had thought of everything: we had all we could possibly need and then some. The beds were incredibly comfy, and we always felt safe!! There was so much to do within walking distance, which made our stay amazing and fun. Thank you, Nikki, for such a lovely home away from home. We would definitely stay here again! 100 out of 10!!!”

“We enjoyed our stay. The doggy station with all the treats, bowls, towels, leashes and other dog supplies was a perfect touch. Thank you!”
