“Thank you for making your place so dog friendly!! The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed and more. Large kitchen and living room with ocean views. It is located of Hwy 101 but the road didn’t bother us at all. Lots to do in the area! We would stay here again. Thanks, Nikki!!”

“Beautiful location and space! The ocean is a 2 block walk and so peaceful. We caught a sunset one night which was just gorgeous and the other night it was eerie, foggy and calm. Place was spacious, clean and well stocked. Thank you!”

“This was a basic house in a neighborhood. As advertised, it was within a quarter block or so of the 804 Trail. Easy walking to downtown either along the beautiful road that circles the community or by a nature trail that goes from the library through to the site of the weekly farmers market. However, I was surprisedto discover that it was right across the street from the city library and the water treatment plant. While this certainly qualified as a neighborhood, that part of it seemed a bit of a stretch. But there was no unpleasant smell from the treatment plant, just some decline in the ambience. Also, some of the DIY modifications to the doorways and bathrooms were questionable from a safety perspective for people with mobility issues. Decoration was minimal, so the house felt somehow bare, but all amenities were present as advertised. Managers Nikki and Amanda were extremely responsive to our needs, going above and beyond to help us in a couple of difficult situations.”

“Stayed here with 4 adults and each of our two children ages 4-11. We felt like we had the perfect amount of room. I highly recommend this spot for families with younger kids. Because of its location on an estuary, it’s less windy and there are plenty of places for the kids to safely explore. It’s also a very easy to access the Yachats Trolley ride from this home which is a fun adventure! The place itself is a bit outdated in terms of the bathrooms, but it’s workable and functional. Very clean, and beds were comfy. Street noise was minimal but not too bothersome, and the walkability to town made things really easy. Good communication with the host.”

“I've already told other family members about Nikki's home. Yachats is a great Coast town, with fun food spots. This was a wonderful home with space to spread out, enjoy the views on the veranda or the many well placed windows. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen, and comfy couches. We had thought from the listing, tidepools were nearby, so some info about that would have been helpful. Our dogs even had dog water dishes waiting for them!”
