“The rental was perfect for our family of 6 adults. It was great to have 3 full bedrooms and bathrooms, there was plenty of indoor and outdoor space for relaxing together, and the proximity to the beach was fantastic! The kitchen was also large and well stocked, making it easy to prepare breakfasts and lunches. We enjoyed some of the fantastic restaurants in the beautiful historic district for our dinners!”

“This is a very lovely place. We absolutely loved all of the beach toys and supplies. It made it so convenient and enjoyable to not have to worry about those things. I would say the only downfall is if someone has troubles with going up and down stairs, there are a lot of stairs. Honestly, other than that, this place is amazing and perfect. Definitely would stay again.”

“Unfortunately, this was an ACTIVE construction zone which severely degraded the stay. Weekday construction occurred 9:00–12:00/13:00–16:00 DIRECTLY in front of the condo with loud sawing, hammering, drilling, concrete chiseling/jackhammering. Workers were frequently on or immediately in front of the balcony, at the master bedroom window, and directly outside the front door. The balcony furniture was wrapped and unusable; balcony and ocean views were incredibly obstructed. That said—if the construction wasn’t an issue this would have been a very different experience. Condo is good, neighbors are friendly.”

“The condo was in a great location, in a nice neighborhood. It was a good value and served our needs on our trip to Amelia Island. It is on the third floor so be mindful of that, I’m sure that is part of the listing. The condo was very clean and there was ample parking. My only disappointment is the lack of communication. Upon arriving at the condo I looked for a blender that was listed as an amenity and did not find one. I messaged the host who never responded. I did receive automated messages asking if I wanted to extend my stay but no response to my question about the blender. We ended up having to go to Walmart to buy one. I noticed in the automated messages it said if I had any questions or concerns to call the number provided. When I did not get a response from the message I sent through the app, I called the phone number and left a voicemail. Again, no one ever responded to my voicemail. I’ve never encountered such poor communication from a host in all of my previous travels.”

“The property met our needs in terms of functionality and location, but we had a significant issue with the pool being out of commission. We had 3 kids on a spring break trip and the pool was major selling point for us. Although the house policy doesn't offer refunds/credits for mechanical failures, the fact that the pool had been down for weeks prior to our booking suggests a lack of transparency. We feel it should have been disclosed as an 'unavailable amenity' during the reservation process.”
