“Great property that presented exactly as advertised. The property was great for pool time, working, studying, games, family time, cooking amazing dinners and more. Great view of the ocean and furnishings were clean and comfortable. There is construction next door and as an early riser I heard them daily, but my late sleepers weren’t disturbed and everyone was able to play and work in peace. No complaints except that the weather didn’t cooperate and we had more rain than we wanted - but that’s Amelia Island! Highly recommend Wicked Bao, Burlingame, Salt, and Happy Tomato. Mason’s Lobster was good. Skip Espana - it was our most-recommended restaurant, and it was disappointing.”

“Any time you stay anywhere, there is a learning curve. Also there is a bit of time to settle in. The host and the condo made both of those as short as possible, so that you can just get to your vacation and start to relax. The condo is spacious and the area is quiet.”

“A nice townhome with three bedrooms well designed for the situation. A very cool location near the beach access and several restaurants just off Sadler Road where a lot of shops and large retail is available along a one and a half mile stretch. Everything we needed in the room. Had a hard time figuring out the air-conditioning, but I think that’s just a Florida beach thing”

“Beautiful Condo right on the beach. The view was amazing from the balcony. I reached out to the host for the WiFi password, because the one in the instructions didn't work and they responded quickly. We normally stay in a hotel when we come to Amelia but this will be our new go to. Definitely would stay again and recommend for your vacation. The bed was also super comfortable.”

“We enjoyed our stay here! This is our second time staying at this specific complex and we love the location. The home was clean and had everything we needed. We had to message a few times regarding pool code not being correct, we had trouble finding the location at first because the check in information had the wrong entrance listed. But the host responded in a timely manner so it was no inconvenience on our end. The property provided 6 towels for 6 people so we had to run laundry daily & the dryer takes about 3 cycles to dry anything so that was frustrating but wouldn’t prevent us from staying there again. Dryer may need service on it!”
