“This was such an awful place to stay . The pictures were inaccurate! I feel the used AI photos . On walk in the lobby is beautiful but the elevator was broken so to get to and from our rooms it took us 10 min, the rooms that we booked were not next to each but around the corner . We had dirty sheets , mold on the walls, stains and dirt on the head boards , dirty deck with no views , the noisy walls and noise from construction , seeing roaches on vacation is horrible . When you go to the front desk they tell us to contact our Air bnb and vise versa . We had no wash clothes and towels . We had a view of other apartments and construction. I wish I could give it negative starts . I been scratching and sneezing due to the dirt, dust , and mold ! This place needs to be redone and taken off as an Air BNB immediately”

“Es la tercera vez que me hospedo en el Seacoast. Siempre por airbnb. Siempre entendí que es un edificio con un mantenimiento bajo y al que ir sin muchas pretensiones por el precio que se paga. Pagas un precio muy accesible para estar muy bien ubicado, con la playa y pileta abajo. Pero este año note que están dejando que el edificio y servicio se venga abajo, sin importarles. Solo veo el mismo edificio y utilidades que hace 3 años. Sin ningún cambio. La gente que trabaja ahí es muy educada y siempre dispuestos, pero dentro de las posibilidades que tienen. Por ej, no tienen más el servicio de utensilios en la cocina. Éramos 6 en el departamento y había solo 4 vasos distintos. No había suficientes sillas. Te dan los elementos para limpiar a regañadientes. Si vas a pedir algo de eso, no te lo dan porque ya no cuentan con ese servicio y no tienen para darte. Las reposeras y toallas de la playa están muy usadas. Y no veo intención de inversión. Había cucarachas en el departamento.”

“Upon arrival, the room felt dirty as we entered in. We found a dead bug, poor lighting (no bulbs in some spots), stains and stained couches. I requested another room which was a little better. In addition, there were no bath clothes provided and it was a hassle each day to get fresh linens. The blankets provided were thin and yellowish, some rooms have TVs some do not. I did see a couple of roaches also. I had previously stayed here 4 years ago and was disappointed on my return. I will not be back unfortunately.”

“This place has the potential to be amazing if they put some money into upkeep and maintenance. The actual suites DO NOT match the photos. Only one elevator worked. The furniture was old and unkept. The location was about 15 minutes from south beach which was cool. Overall, it’s a budget friendly place to stay, however don’t be fooled by the picture in the listing.”

“Very nice location, the pool and the beach was good, the only think that’s ok but can be better is the elevator, and the carpets inside the bedroom, the rest was perfect”

“We canceled our stay after checking in and seeing the room. The photos are deceiving, unless we were given a downgraded hotel room - if you're just looking for a place to stay, sure, but there is mold everywhere, and the smell of mildew in both showers. Host wasn't responsive with our concerns so we called Airbnb.”

“Seacoast Suites was one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. The listing photos are extremely misleading and appear edited or AI-generated because the property looks nothing like advertised. The entire building is outdated, dirty, and poorly maintained. We were forced to use the service elevator with luggage or pool attire. There were roaches everywhere inside and outside. The apartment was filthy with dust, rust, mold, mildew, stains on the sheets, carpet, curtains, and couch, plus hair left in the bathroom drains and sink. The couch was unusable and TVs barely worked. The AC was locked at 72° and freezing, with thin blankets and stained replacement sheets. The balcony and pool area were disgusting, broken, and nothing like the photos. We felt unsafe and uncomfortable the entire stay, and staff was unhelpful with every issue. Completely misleading and not worth the money.”

“The customer service at the desk was horrible. The unit flooded within 2 hours of check in and when we went down stairs for help and to request more towels they said they would get to it when they can. It wasn’t until the third time I spoke with them that they finally moved us units. Both units we were in were not well kept. Overall very unsatisfied and would never recommend this place.”

“Overall, our stay was okay because we were close to the beach, but the pool was not impressive. There are several additional fees that you need to take into account that were not described in the listing, such as parking, towels, and late fees. The home is outdated with old furniture, only has basic dishes; there were no paper towels, and there weren’t enough towels in the rooms for everyone in our group. The showers were finicky, and the elevators were slow. However, they do have a nice convenience store. Communication was slow, and sometimes there was no response at all. If you’re looking to party, this place is good, but for a family stay, it lacks many amenities.”

“The photos do not match with the reality. Be prepared to buy your own shampoo, conditioner and soap, as two little bottles 5g of shampoo for two persons- that’s all you can count on. Mattresses are hard and not comfy. Sea view but not as it was on the photo, instead of front balcony it was corner, looking a little bit in another direction. Outside there is a table, but it is swollen from moisture. Chairs are scary. Kitchen is a separate thing. There is no cutting board, knifes are dull, no frying pans, there is one, but it looks so scary… no salt, no pepper, no oil, so if you decide to book this room because of the kitchen and the idea to save some money - don’t. The bar/restaurant have its own magic schedule, so you won’t even have a chance to have breakfast there during Mon-Thu as they are closed.”
