“We canceled our stay after checking in and seeing the room. The photos are deceiving, unless we were given a downgraded hotel room - if you're just looking for a place to stay, sure, but there is mold everywhere, and the smell of mildew in both showers. Host wasn't responsive with our concerns so we called Airbnb.”

“Seacoast Suites was one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. The listing photos are extremely misleading and appear edited or AI-generated because the property looks nothing like advertised. The entire building is outdated, dirty, and poorly maintained. We were forced to use the service elevator with luggage or pool attire. There were roaches everywhere inside and outside. The apartment was filthy with dust, rust, mold, mildew, stains on the sheets, carpet, curtains, and couch, plus hair left in the bathroom drains and sink. The couch was unusable and TVs barely worked. The AC was locked at 72° and freezing, with thin blankets and stained replacement sheets. The balcony and pool area were disgusting, broken, and nothing like the photos. We felt unsafe and uncomfortable the entire stay, and staff was unhelpful with every issue. Completely misleading and not worth the money.”

“Vista impecável do mar de Miami! Boa localização, com alguns minutos de carro dos principais pontos turísticos. A estadia foi boa por conta que ficamos apenas 2 noites e por conta da linda vista do apartamento. Camas confortáveis e ar condicionado funcionando muito bem. Mas, está faltando melhorar alguns quisitos como: mais utensilios na cozinha - um apartamento que diz no anúncio que acomoda até 6 pessoas (estávamos em 4 pessoas) possui apenas 4 xícaras, 3 cadeiras na mesa de jantar, pouquíssimos copos, pratos e talheres; necessita detetização urgente pois não dava de deixar nenhuma comida na cozinha porque tinha muitas mini baratas pelo balcão da cozinha e até no banheiro. Cafeteira está com a alça quebrado, muito perigoso de utilizar. Para estadias longas e com mais pessoas, não recomendaria. Mas, no nosso caso, foi ok - compensou pela linda vista do mar.”

“The customer service at the desk was horrible. The unit flooded within 2 hours of check in and when we went down stairs for help and to request more towels they said they would get to it when they can. It wasn’t until the third time I spoke with them that they finally moved us units. Both units we were in were not well kept. Overall very unsatisfied and would never recommend this place.”

“Overall, our stay was okay because we were close to the beach, but the pool was not impressive. There are several additional fees that you need to take into account that were not described in the listing, such as parking, towels, and late fees. The home is outdated with old furniture, only has basic dishes; there were no paper towels, and there weren’t enough towels in the rooms for everyone in our group. The showers were finicky, and the elevators were slow. However, they do have a nice convenience store. Communication was slow, and sometimes there was no response at all. If you’re looking to party, this place is good, but for a family stay, it lacks many amenities.”

“The instructions on what did the kitchen had were not accurate. We brought stuff under the impression there was nothing as per your instructions and there were plenty of cookware in the kitchen.”

“Great location for beach. Pool service and beach views. They made us use the service elevator- which was disturbing, while other guests used the lobby elevator... we aren't sure why this took place. All the restaurants were closed even though the times posted meant they should have been open.”

“The photos do not match with the reality. Be prepared to buy your own shampoo, conditioner and soap, as two little bottles 5g of shampoo for two persons- that’s all you can count on. Mattresses are hard and not comfy. Sea view but not as it was on the photo, instead of front balcony it was corner, looking a little bit in another direction. Outside there is a table, but it is swollen from moisture. Chairs are scary. Kitchen is a separate thing. There is no cutting board, knifes are dull, no frying pans, there is one, but it looks so scary… no salt, no pepper, no oil, so if you decide to book this room because of the kitchen and the idea to save some money - don’t. The bar/restaurant have its own magic schedule, so you won’t even have a chance to have breakfast there during Mon-Thu as they are closed.”
