“We absolutely loved our stay in Anna Maria Island! The house was beautiful, incredibly comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy time with family. Anna Maria Island itself is truly beautiful — peaceful, charming, and with some of the most gorgeous beaches and sunsets we’ve seen. The location made it easy to enjoy everything the island has to offer while coming back to a comfortable and welcoming home at the end of the day. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommend this beautiful home and this special little piece of Florida! 🌴☀️💙”

“This was truly one of the best places we’ve ever stayed! Griffin’s was absolutely perfect for our family and had everything we could have hoped for. The pool was a huge hit with the kids, especially having the pool toys provided. Because it stayed shaded, it was never too warm and was always refreshing. The screened-in porch was idyllic for enjoying comfortable meals outside, relaxing with a cup of coffee, or watching a quick summer rain shower roll through. We also loved having access to the beach accessories in the garage; it was such a thoughtful and convenient touch. And, of course, having the golf cart was a major perk! We used it to get around the island all week and loved the ease and convenience it provided. The location was fantastic. We could easily walk to the beach, as well as to the Ugly Grouper and several cute shops nearby. Overall, this home was comfortable, well-appointed, and perfect for our family. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely book again!”

“This house provided our family with a wonderful stay. The pool was perfect and provided ample space to play and relax. The hot tub warmed up great. The bedrooms were large and inviting. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds and private bathroom. The kitchen was phenomenal for dinners as a family and breakfasts at the spacious bar. The access point on this street is also a plus with a very tropical feel walking to the beach. Lots of wildlife here and also saw a manatee up close at the beach.”

“The house was spacious, and we really enjoyed the pool. The host was responsive and tried to address the issues we reported. However, we experienced cockroaches in the kitchen from the day we arrived, and two bedrooms had AC issues for most of our 5-night stay. While the host made an effort to resolve them, these issues significantly affected our overall experience.”

“Unfortunately, our stay did not live up to expectations, especially considering the cost of the rental. Upon arrival, we found three cockroaches on the kitchen floor. I immediately contacted the host, but it took until noon the following day to receive a response. The solution provided was simply a box of roach traps for us to place ourselves. I also pointed out that the weather stripping around the front door had large gaps, which may have been contributing to the pest issue. Despite the traps, we saw another cockroach on our final night. I was also disappointed by the lack of basic amenities. While a coffee maker is provided, guests are expected to purchase their own coffee filters, coffee, creamer, and sugar. The kitchen also lacked even basic seasonings such as salt and pepper. For a rental at this price point, these are simple items that many guests would reasonably expect to be available.”

“Our stay was great! We had a few hiccups one was the night of arrival in the middle of the night which was literally alarming.. (outside alarm was sounding off )a couple others which all were taken care of in a timely fashion.. I would give this place a 4 star just for the fact only that is was a bit uncomfortable that the owner showed up as we were just getting back in and about to relax at the pool. This was without notice and again a bit alarming. Other than that I would recommend. It’s really nice just a short walk to the beach and the pool was perfect, pool area was great!”
