“What a perfect spot to stay with a large group or just a few. Absolutely beautiful home, set up perfectly to enjoy. Golf cart to get around the island was a great addition.”

“Loved the condo, the pool & so close to the beach - just a short walk. Would love to come back again. Only issue was temperature of the water in the master bath shower. First night no hot water, called next morning & they sent handyman, but he couldn’t fix it. Called again & they sent a plumber who thought he fixed it even though he didn’t have the correct part. But when showered that night, could only get hot water. Called again the next day & they said they had obtained the correct part & would send another plumber. This time it was fixed correctly. Our only issue was we spent 2 of our 3 days at the condo dealing with the issue. We didn’t want to leave & allow someone in while we were gone. They did allow us a later checkout which was appreciated.”

“The house was spacious, and we really enjoyed the pool. The host was responsive and tried to address the issues we reported. However, we experienced cockroaches in the kitchen from the day we arrived, and two bedrooms had AC issues for most of our 5-night stay. While the host made an effort to resolve them, these issues significantly affected our overall experience.”

“Unfortunately, our stay did not live up to expectations, especially considering the cost of the rental. Upon arrival, we found three cockroaches on the kitchen floor. I immediately contacted the host, but it took until noon the following day to receive a response. The solution provided was simply a box of roach traps for us to place ourselves. I also pointed out that the weather stripping around the front door had large gaps, which may have been contributing to the pest issue. Despite the traps, we saw another cockroach on our final night. I was also disappointed by the lack of basic amenities. While a coffee maker is provided, guests are expected to purchase their own coffee filters, coffee, creamer, and sugar. The kitchen also lacked even basic seasonings such as salt and pepper. For a rental at this price point, these are simple items that many guests would reasonably expect to be available.”

“Our stay was great! We had a few hiccups one was the night of arrival in the middle of the night which was literally alarming.. (outside alarm was sounding off )a couple others which all were taken care of in a timely fashion.. I would give this place a 4 star just for the fact only that is was a bit uncomfortable that the owner showed up as we were just getting back in and about to relax at the pool. This was without notice and again a bit alarming. Other than that I would recommend. It’s really nice just a short walk to the beach and the pool was perfect, pool area was great!”
