Sea & Sun Properties

4.70Visit website
Sea & Sun Properties's guest rating of 4.70 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“It was perfect for our week in Cape Canaveral. It had everything we needed, nice pool area, easy walk out to the beach, love the key code entry into everything, and very very comfortable beds. Ceiling fans kept the rooms nice and cool during the night.”

“Excellent location; easy to get to with a private, low traffic beach. Easy distance to resturaunts and attractions, with viewing of rocket launches from the balcony or beach. We had a very enjoyable stay.”

“Great place. I stayed there with my son and it was perfect for the two of us. It was great having a washer/dryer in the unit and there is a nice balcony where I sat and had my coffee in the mornings. The complex itself was also very quiet and private. I would definitely stay there again.”
